Fully appointed **4 BR, 2 Bath** Pebble Beach home just off famous 17-Mile Drive. Fully fenced, 1/3 acre property - quiet, private and peaceful. Wonderful 2 story, 2800 sq ft contemporary home designed for great western views of the ocean. Almost every room opens to wrap around decks. Relax, catch an amazing sunset or listen to the Pacific Ocean and the sea lions!

Spacious Living Room with lots of seating, soaring ceilings, skylight, floor-to-ceiling windows, great Ocean views, granite fireplace and 65” smart tv.
Family Room provides another comfortable gathering space with leather couches, 65” smart tv/DVD player, DVDs and lots of board games. With separate fully equipped kitchen and sun deck with gas BBQ grill and lots of outdoor seating.

Large, sunny Kitchen is fully equipped with Jenn Air stove top, oven and microwave. French door refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, trash compactor. Lots of counter space, pantry, eat-in bar area and great windows and skylight. Dining area with seating for 10 and extra chairs available.

Four (4) Bedrooms with deluxe comfy beds and linens - King, King, Queen, Queen, (plus 3 twin rollaway beds and 2 fold-out mats). As other reviews mentioned, Marcia is a wonderful host! She's super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. You can't beat the location. The home is old and is in need of some renovation but we still enjoyed it. We would absolutely come again but current beds are too firm for me.

I have never stayed in a more well appointed and completely accurate VRBO!! This is a great house- My family and I 4 adults, 2 teens and dog found this place amazing. Views, spotlessly clean, everything in the kitchen(s) and duplicates in some cases. Extra of everything- treats and wine left for us- Communication was great- everything. Marcia responded within minutes. There is room for 4 "normal" sized cars- 2 in the garage and no issues with parking- do not worry! A enjoyable trip - one of my best with VRBO.

An older home and dated as the photos show. No surprises and good communication. Well managed and very clean. Only issue was driveway is extremely steep and there is no way to get a sports car down safely, had to park on street. Overall exactly as expected and good Value during car week.

Had a great 2 night stay and this is a wonderful location to see Monterey and Carmel. Home was well stocked with supplies and as described in the listing. Everyone enjoyed watching the hummingbirds— so many of them! Garage was big and able to hold two SUVs easily but our third car gave a warning that the parking brake wouldn’t hold due to the steepness of the driveway so you may need to maneuver a bit if you are parking a third car. Would stay here again for sure.

Great neighborhood and free access to 17-mile drive
Going to Monterey with a group of friends to get scuba dive certified. Upon arrival, the neighbors feel very safe to me (especially us from Oakland lol) with security guard and gate before entering the neighborhood. House is sparkling clean and huge with a fenced backyard. Love the patios and the views. Host also provided wines and snacks, which made our trip more entertaining!! The house is also very close to everything. 15mins to downtown Monterey. A few minutes to 17-miles drive which is super cool! And after 17-miles drive, thats Carmel by the sea. Lastly, love the hummingbird feeder! Hummingbirds were everywhere. Cons - after the security guard, there will be another 5min drive. At night, the road is pitch dark so be careful when driving at late night. The driveway is steep. I drove a truck so it was fine, but my friend had a regular sedan and they scrapped their front bumper or middle of the car so be careful and drive into the driveway at an angle. Coffee K-cup and laundry detergent were not provided. Not a deal breaker for us, especially there's wine and snacks already lol.

The house was perfect. Tv's plenty... bedroom- perfect. But the best for my husband and myself, was the dog friendly environment. The Property Manager was beyond helpful and put up with my questions, that she had already answered. Thankful for her. Would go back to that house FOR SURE!

A Wonderful Week!
My family thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at this lovely property. We loved the wine and delicious treats that greeted us upon our arrival. Our party of 9 adults really appreciated the additional living room and deck downstairs. We never felt crowded as there was plenty of room to spread out. We spent lots of time on the multiple decks, enjoying ocean views and sunsets over the forest, watching the hummingbirds feed, and listening to the sea lions bark. Marcia was a wonderful host. We hope to return!

Spacious, very comfortable home in a lovely neighborhood
Our family enjoyed our lovely stay at this spacious, clean and well appointed home. It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked. The bedrooms were good size with comfortable beds with nice linens and plush towels. All in all, we had a wonderful time and look forward to renting again soon.

I know most of price was for the view, but otherwise the house was not worth renting.
The host, Marcia didn’t believe me regarding the two tickets to the Monterey Aquarium that were on the confirmation notice I received. So, I forwarded her the email. She thanked me for sending it and said she would contact VBRO to inform you of your mistake. She did apologize, but did not ask if there was anything she could do to make it better. I really think there should be more than 1/2 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a four day stay. The kitchen faucet and both toilets need to be maintained, as the faucet leaks unless the handle is just right and both toilets need adjustments. Especially, since we are in a severe drought. On the positive side the view is fantastic, bed linens are great and the property is conveniently located for Pebble Beach.

Relaxing and beautiful home!
I chose this property mostly because of the reviews , so I wanted to write my own! This home was better than the pictures and the description ! It had so many extra touches - •hummingbird feeders , we enjoyed the little visitors every morning • electric blankets that kept us warm in the winter ( although the heat was at perfect temp) • Christmas decorations outside of the house , so when we drove up we instantly relaxed •We knew about the treats and the wine from previous reviews but they were perfect and an abundance ! • the kitchen had everything and more / Ie we had not made waffles in awhile, so we loved it when we discovered a nice waffle maker . • the 3 of the 4 rooms were downstairs ( with its own kitchen! ) which gave my husband and I more privacy and our adult kids loved their privacy too! • Marcia was so responsive and helpful answering our questions. She never made us feel like we were bothering her, but encouraged us to ask anything . • This is a gated community , but there is no difficulty when coming back in. Night time is a little difficult to maneuver the first time, but Marcia made sure all the lights were on so it wasn’t a problem . • we actually weren’t there to golf , but loved that Monterey & Carmel was 10 minutes away and the beach was 3-5 min drive! I could go on , but definitely wanted to highly recommend this home. It was so needed for our family from the year we just had! I hope we can return one day!
