The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful including giving us detour instructions that were way easier than gps. The breakfast was wonderful. Better than the standard fruit and cereal.

The bathroom door wouldn’t lock or shut all the way. You had to stand between the shower and the toilet to shut the door. The breakfast was lukewarm. But that staff had good customer service

Room didnt feel very clean. Tiles in the bathroom floor were cracked and loose. No elevator. The pool area however was clean, and the breakfast was good.

Breakfast needs some improvements.
The breakfast was very poor and the gentleman that oversaw it was seen sleeping in the front lobby and made comment about people leaving the cover of the buffet server open. He said, “No wonder the food is cold when you leave the cover open.” I did not need to hear that from him.

It was ok. Good space in the room. Musty but the windows open & it was fine after airing it out. Nice hot tub & pool. Tiny fitness center. Breakfast had a lot of options but the “warm” food was not too warm.

Best value yet. Front reception accommodated us rearranging rooms so we could have connecting rooms for elderly family member with dementia. Nice clean rooms, comfortable, good breakfast. Nice decor. Property well taken care of. So much better than the "fancy" hotel we just stayed in at Houston!!
