This was our third time staying at Princess. We do love the hotel and staff, but during our week stay we were never made aware of the construction/renovations happening over the infinity pool. It would have been nice to know this was taking place before we arrived. Overall, it’s a perfect place-just would have appreciated the transparency.

Like - Staffs helpfulness and friendliness, good housekeeping service with chambermaid. Dislike - Dirty rooms, clogged tub drainage, molded grout, property needs serious updates. Limited amenities, poor sound proof, can hear all kind noises including chatters from outside of garden, hallways, adjacent rooms.

This is my favorite hotel on the island. It is beautiful! The pools, food and private beach are amazing. Walking distance to front street. I've stayed at this hotel 5 times. This will always be the only place I stay in Bermuda.

Staff was miserable at all times; outdoor bar closed for season without notice when booking; advertises "private beach" butvthere is none! False & misguided as you need to get on a bus to get to their "beach" 25 minutes away!. The best staff were only the doormen, everyone else were rude & obnoxious

The Princess is a first class property that could use a bit of polish with guest rooms but overall the amenities are wonderful and enjoyable. I wish concierge was a bit more efficient and willing to suggest interesting activities for vacationers. The staff are all friendly. Kissandra (housekeeping) is incredible!! She was so sweet and made sure our Anniversary celebration was the best!!! We cannot say enough nice things about Kissandra!!! Some staff members in restaurants need a bit more expertise but were friendly! We really appreciated allowing us an extra hour for check out!

The toilet got clogged, instead of leaving us with a clean bowl it was left filthy. Not even the dirty rug or towels were taken away. We had to request that all be replaced.
