I received the worse treatment from the staff at OYO as my reservations through Expedia were not honored. Because of this I had to drive back home as it was Pendleton round up and everything is booked up. I am not going to allow anyone to extort money from me or treat me that way. This review stands as is!

When we got there they said our reservation was cancelled but they could give it to us for double what I booked it for. Finally, she gave us the cost I that booked it for through hotels.com. No amenities. No coffee pot, no iron, no blow dryer. Just a room. The sheets and bathroom were clean thats the only positive I can give this hotel. Homeless were sleeping in parking lot, people sleeping in their cars. The only reason we stayed there is the Pendelton Roundup nothing else available. Luckily we were not at room very much. Will never stay there again.

Do not stay here. My reservation was confirmed but somehow the hotel cancelled my reservation last minute. They would not accommodate me despite me showing them my confirmation/itinerary. This also happened to woman standing behind me-denied reservation despite having a confirmed room reserved. No one has returned my multiple attempts of reaching out.

The whole room was falling apart. It needs to be renovated. The AC didn’t work and thr cover keeps falling off. Lots of things on the walls and sheets were not clean.

The staff was super nice , but the area is rough, a lot of foot traffic from homeless and people on bikes because they share a parking lot with a resultant and most of the parking is behind the buildings and no staff patrol or security anywhere with so much foot traffic and people just hanging around the parking lots . So beware of your vehicles and belongings .

We stay for 2 nights. It was pretty good. The motel is pretty old, even with the closed windows it was still noisy. Hands up, there is no iron or hair dryer, or any paper tissues. Other all not too shabby.

We arrived onsite to find the hotel canceled our reservation and to book the same room was double now. After we paid their extortion we find the room and building run down. When i pulled the bed covers down i find blood spots on the sheets. Will not stay at an oyo ever again.

Very dirty, customer service was extremely poor. Felt very unsafe here, people drinking and fighting in the parking lot right outside our window. Beds were like sleeping on concrete. Floors are covered in hair and dirt. Nothing works in units or outside (ice, vending). Terrible place to stay. Paid 256 for one night, for less could have stayed at a Hilton but couldn't drive another 40 miles

I booked my room in advance and when we got to OYO the lady told me my reservation had been cancelled! After calling Expedia and multiple emails I found out that the hotel cancelled the reservation for no reason other than they wanted to put someone else in the room. I had to pay $450 for the only other hotel room in town during the Pendleton Round-Up! Do NOT recommend.

Not safe for solo lady travelers
I arrived just after 8 pm and felt very unsafe. No street lights, no parking lamps, or outside lights. Building was run down and dirty and the interior smelled so strongly of bleach it made me nauseous. There were large groups of people standing and blocking the outside entrance to my room and as a solo traveler, with no lights or security on the property, and interior doors that were barley able to lock and close, I was immediately on edge and didn't feel safe at all. When I went back to the office to check out the receptionist was extremely rude . I was asked to pay a "security deposit" on top of the cost of the room and was told it would be refunded to my account but as of today it has not been returned.

Our room was large, and reasonably clean. No one was at the front desk, and another person was waiting, so it took awhile to get checked in. Surrounding area was pretty sketchy, and we worried about our car. There always seemed to be people drinking and smoking in the parking lot, no matter what time. The window in our room looked out over a patch of grass that was littered with bottles and cans. The sink in the kitchenette did not work, and the frame on the couch was broken. Next time we will pay a bit more for a better hotel.
