Whether you're planning a weekend trip or a longer stay, this house is a perfect choice. With a spacious 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath that comfortably sleep 8, you'll find, The Penny Getaway, is the perfect place to stay. With a full size washer and dryer, you won't have to worry about not packing enough clothes. The island in the kitchen is great to have the children sit around while you cook in our kitchen that is filled with essential cooking supplies. It's perfect for city life without the city.
Please note there is a train line that passes by about a quarter of a mile from our property. Many guests find the train passing by to be a charming aspect of the local experience. It can be noisy especially for light sleepers. We want to ensure full transparency and make sure out guests are aware of this unique characteristic of our location.

*Booking price includes property damage protection fee to cover up to $5,000.00 in damages done to the dwelling & contents.

*Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Very well appointed. Very clean. Immediate response from PMI on any issues. Lots of clean white towels. BYOSpices. Very comfortable beds. There is one small step down on back porch to be aware of. I would definitely stay there again!!!! :)

We came to town to visit family and the house was perfect. Check in was seamless with zero issues. The house was clean and exactly as the pictures portrayed it. We had a birthday celebration with the grandkids and the openness between the kitchen and the front room was perfect. Will definitely look to book again next time in town.

House is in great location , many stores restaurants in area .kitchen living room area perfect for fixing meals and visiting. Bedrooms very large and comfortable .2 full bathrooms, all linens and pretty good amount of kitchen ware supplied .Super clean and very organized
