Perfect location and beautiful home!
The house is well stocked and close to everything. We enjoyed sitting out back and taking in the fall view. The little hike out down the hill is fun too. And you can walk to downtown Peninsula which doesn’t have a whole lot but still really cute. You can also, from downtown, pick up the Erie and Ohio Trail, which goes for 100 miles. You can walk for as long as you want! It’s great and beautiful. thank you Justina for letting us stay at your lovely home!

Lovely Anniversary Weekend
My husband and I decided on a short getaway for our anniversary. I loved the feel of the house. It was very clean, and beautifully decorated with lots of extra touches. It felt cozy WITHOUT that "overly rustic" or cramped feeling that many places in similar areas have. The host was very responsive and helpful. The only reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars on location, was that the property was closer to the road than we realized and getting out of the driveway proved to be difficult at times. There was room to turn around but traffic on the road was coming around a curve in a spot where they were typically increasing speed. This of course is not the host's fault. There is a traffic sign that says "hidden drive" but it didn't seem to slow anyone down. Perhaps a more prominent sign to mark the driveway would be helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and may return with the family.

Quaint small town home
Great location close to downtown. close to bike trails, hiking trails in Cuyahoga Valley National Park. We stayed here to attend a concert at Blossom which worked out great. home is cute and cozy, had everything you could possibly need in kitchen. Didn't have time to use fire pit or hot tub, maybe next time!

Everything you could want
This is a lovely property. The house is charming, well-equipped, comfortable and centrally located in CVNP. My husband and I and our 2 grown children enjoyed a week here. The host thought of everything. She was quick to respond when needed. We enjoyed the park (hiking/biking), dining in Penninsula, and the R&R Hall of Fame is only about 35 min. away. Great house & location

Weekend getaway
My husband and I had an amazing weekend getaway. The home served as a perfect base camp for exploring and hiking in Cuyahoga Valley National Park. We have stayed in numerous VRBOs over the years and this definitely ranks in the top. The attention to detail and all the little extras were wonderful surprises. Though only in the home for a weekend we would have been comfortable there for a much longer visit. Will definitely book here again when we return to the area.

Great location & comfortable stay!
This house was perfect for our family of five. Very clean, well-decorated, exactly as described in the listing. Communication was top-notch, check-in was simple, and there wasn't a long list of things to do before check-out. We really felt like we were pampered on this stay and appreciated all the details like empty closets with hangers, luggage racks in all the bedrooms, plenty of hooks in bathrooms and entryway, well-stocked coffee/tea supplies, and a handwritten welcome note and bowl of snacks! Large parking pad with plenty of room to turn around before pulling out. Only thing to note - the shower is a converted claw-foot tub which could be difficult for someone with mobility issues to navigate (stepping into and out of), but it wasn't a problem for us - just something to be aware of if that would affect you. Other than that, the house was simply amazing. The location is awesome - in the small town of Peninsula, right in the middle of Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Right down the road from a coffee shop, two restaurants, and a small upscale market. Short drive to the NP Visitor's Center and several trailheads. Close enough to Cleveland if you want to spend a day in the city, which we did. We enjoyed our stay and will book again if we plan another trip to the area.

Comfortable, Cozy and Close
This is a unique property with lots of room to spend time with family/friends and space to be alone. I agree this sleeps 3-6 comfortably. I found the beds to be comfortable, forgot to look at the mattress brand because I could use one in my own home. Kitchen was well stocked, while there was plenty of coffee for us, if you have many coffee drinkers in your party, bring some extra kpods. No dishwasher, but that didn't pose problems although could have brought extra paper plates to reduce cleaning time. Spent most evenings watching movies on the streaming ROKU TV, if weather had been better, likely would have had camp fire every night. Wood is already there.Trail to waterfall is steep and slippery if muddy (maybe could use a rope between trees at steepest points?) If visiting when bugs aren't bad and it's not wet, the creekside area is very cool. Property is centrally located in cute little historical village. Coffee shop within walking distance as well as a few trails, bike rentals too for the flat trail that goes along the river and a couple restaurants. Costco and grocery stores only 10-15 minutes away, easy enough to hit up after a hike. Hadn't realized there were two skiing hills, one with tubing. But easily accessible from house. I travel often and stay in these types of homes. I found this to be one I'll keep on my list to return to if visiting CVNP again. The responsiveness of the owner/manager was exceptional. Any issue was small but resolved quickly.

Weekend getaway at BM & BW
Excellent VRBO! Every detail was perfect- super clean, comfy bed, high quality pillows, plenty of towels, a well stocked kitchen… even a welcome basket with an hand written note- incredibly charming home and host! Brought my middle school son who’s been working hard at school and his friend up from the C-bus area to explore a new ski place and we even had time to hike in the national park. We enjoyed playing board games and relaxing at the house in the evenings. The boys loved the trail and waterfall to explore and even found a fossil.

Perfect spot for CVNP!
My two friends and I loved Justina’s house! So beautiful, clean and comfy! We were able to make very short drives to several different trailheads at CVNP. The kitchen had everything we needed, living room and beds were super comfy. The trail to the waterfall on the property was cool; we’d love to sit in the Adirondack chairs in warmer weather. I can’t say enough about the comfort and beautiful decor. Six stars from us!

Perfect place for our trip!
Most people would probably drive right by the place but I'm so glad we had reason to stop! The inside is beautiful and every detail was very well thought through. Top notch communication from Justina. We were traveling with our two young boys and they loved the trail down to the waterfall. Within walking distance of plenty of other trails and the restaurants/shops in downtown Peninsula. We'll definitely look to book here again next time life brings us to the area!
