Amazing Sound View, Gulf View and Short Walk to Beach and Peg Leg Petes!

Beach access is a short walk from this amazing condo to put your toes in the sugar white sand on of Pensacola Beach or maybe you prefer the olympic size pool or water access from the private dock. Expansive water views to watch for pelicans, herons, dolphins, ospry and eagles. Spend your evenings listening to the live music at Peg Legs while lounging out on the covered large covered patio while gazing at the beach and bridge lights at night.....and being able to walk next door to Peg Leg Pete's or our local convenience store doesn't hurt either. This building also has one of the nicest pools on the beach; plenty or room for fun, lounging or cooling off. Watch the Blue Angels and Beach Fireworks in July or walk to the beach on Sunday evening to watch the Blue's "buzz the beach" . This unit is quiet and sleeps up to 6 comfortably. With water views from the bedroom - the condo has a king bed and en-suite in the bedroom- will also have a TV, a queen sleeper couch, and two bunk beds - offering a wide variety of sleeping arrangements for up to six people. Full kitchen with new stainless appliances and countertops with dining area that seats 6 inside and 4 outside makes meal time easy. Open living spaces with amazing views and large lanai makes it an enjoyable place for relaxing with friends & family. The complex has elevator access on every floor and the condo is all on one level. Our condo is set up to be easy and welcoming and to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay and return home relaxed and with a lifetime of great memories. There is also a trolly stop in front of the building that will transport you all over the island to enjoy all Pensacola Beach has to offer (check seasonal availability) or take a short drive or "uber" ride downtown Pensacola for more entertainment and things to do. There are also "golf cart" shuttles running year around. NAS is now open to the public or drive into Ft Pickens National Park to watch practice shows on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (check seasonal schedule online on the Blue Angels official website). Please note that the bunk beds are "RV Bunkbeds" they can sleep an adult, but it is a tight fit. The key fob will grant access to the pool area, but the onsite gym is for owners only.

Best Condo on the Beach
We have stayed in the Santa Rosa Dunes complex about 4 times. This was by far the best condo we have stayed in. The location is great in relation to the beach, restaurants and parking for your unit. Elevator up to your condo with carts to load your stuff on is a nice touch. We appreciated how clean the unit was and it made for a comfortable stay especially with young kids. Our kids are 4 and 6 and the bunk beds were AWESOME! It was so nice not to have to make the couch into a bed each evening. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone looking for a nice quiet beach getaway!!!

A little small…bathroom is really tight, glad it was only my husband and I. Liked the blankets/throws that were available for use in the living room. Nice to get cozy while watching tv. Had some trouble getting the tv to show live/local channels. Nick responded quickly and had the housekeeper come by to help us. Didn’t completely fix it but were able to view using YouTube tv. Close to everything we needed.

Very nice quiet place!
It’s a very nice place. Very clean! If and when we come back we hope to stay there again. It’s close to everything! Thanks for offering your place for lodging. By the way you don’t need shampoo, conditioner or body wash. They provide. Nice bonus!

A great place to stay in Pensacola Beach.
We had a great stay in this condo. We highly recommend it to all that read this. However if you are facing the door to get in, just turn around and look at the rail and you will see the lock box. The condo is very clean, neat and well kept. It is a joy to stay there. There you are.

What a sunny, comfy, clean and serene condo unit! We loved the view and the balcony ! Although diminutive in size it felt spacious and roomy! Fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful necessities. The owner was super responsive and answered all concerns lightening fast. Would highly recommend.

The best getaway
Overall, this was a perfect find for our family of 5! Close to the beach, clean, quiet and my kids LOVED the bunk beds and pool. We are trying to figure out when we can get back! From the outside, it isn’t overly impressive, but once inside it is literal perfection. Quaint, but perfect! We especially loved the outdoor space with the pretty view. I really appreciated the beach wagon and beach chairs to haul all our gear to and from the beach. The shampoo and conditioner in the shower was a nice surprise (because we forgot to bring our own!) thanks!

Just what we hoped for!
This condo made for a really great stay! Perfect for a family of four but able to accommodate more if needed. We brought an air mattress but didn’t end up needing it because there was a pull out couch and extra sheets/pillows. Very clean and well organized! They had several well thought out amenities: extra box fan, extra sheets/pillows, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, coffee/creamer, foil, pots/pans, extra trash bags, laundry soap. Also lots of things provided for the beach: plenty of beach chairs, toys for the kids, wagon, pool noodles. The location was also perfectly located - bay on one side with small sitting area that you can see from the back porch and on the other side - the beach - short walk. While you’re there be sure to check out Peg Leg Pete’s. Best oysters ever! Would 100% stay here again!

Great Location & Great View of the Sound
My family of 5 stayed for a week in August. The location was perfect and in close proximity to nearly everything. We explored Fort Pickens, the national seashore and loved the option to swim in the hugeee community pool. It was never crowded and often times we were the only ones there! The condo was clean and exactly as the picture show. We had a little difficulty with the lock upon arrival (user error) and the communication was excellent and quick! Highly recommend!

What a fabulous condo! It was perfection! The view was beautiful. So clean and they had all you would need for a stay. We go to Pensacola every year and this was the cleanest property ever. The owners answered any questions in minutes great communication. We will Stay again.
