We were charge a parking daily fee for our stay this was in addition to room rates. We were sent up to our room to find workers fixing something not a problem worker helped us move to another room. Because of the location it was a great visit.

We were rented a condo with a bad hot water heater. They already knew that the hot water heater was bad. They tried to blame it on all the renovations that are going on at the complex. But they knew that the breaker was kicking off.

The property is in a great location for beach combing and lounging. Many descent and fun restaurants are all within walking distance. We were also abe to use the Hilton's pool/hot tub/towel service right next door! Had a gulf view with balcony; loved it. Listene to local songwriters performing at Hilton pool area from our balcony, another bonus. Floors were in need of a scrub, but maid service always accomodated our needs.

The property is older compared to nearby hotels but is nice, standard accommodations. Parking is good and location is great. The check-in process was very slow and is poorly organized as people waiting block the lobby access, making entering/exiting of guests troublesome. Included breakfast was good.

No so happy check in
Everything about our stay was ok, except our check in. We didn’t ask to check in early even though we arrived early, but, we did not get our room until well after the check in time. They kept telling me it wasn’t available, but a couple that had just rented their room 45 minutes prior to their arrival were given keys before we were and we had gotten our room 9 days prior.

Bed was fantastic room was free of any trace of sand from previous guests . Quality Breakfast and sunrise on the beach, only complaint is at time of visit main beach access was closed for maintenance and the area to walk around which we were directed to walk through by staff as a short cut to avoid backtracking back around a large distance around the beach was not landscaped to free it of thorns and stickers which was unpleasant to deal with in sandals.

Location great, clean facilities, great breakfast, nice staff. Fridge does not even cool food and room temp did not stay consistently at a cool setting. But, I would definitely stay again.

My only issue was that the AC was very loud. Otherwise we had a great stay. Property was well kept up, staff was friendly, place was cleaning and we felt very safe.
