Great friendly service. Nice stocked breakfast and walk to beach. Hotel a little worn and dated, and slower on the room-clean side, but the prices were a less than others so worth it. Close to shops/restaurants.

Everything was as expected except for the daily parking fee. I feel like if you paying to sleep somewhere you should be able to park in the enormous parking lot for free. Maybe this just added to the frustration that the bridge to get to the hotel is a toll road.

The room had an odor that smelled like a locker room. The audacity it takes to charge $300 per night for this place is stunning. This is a $100 per night hotel at best and the worst Hampton I’ve ever stayed in. Also, to make it even better they charge you $16.50 per night to park in their parking lot on top of the $300 per night for your stay. You find that out when you check-in. Never again.

The most concerning issue was the mold surrounding the bath tub. Not sure when it had last been sanitized or serviced as the shower gel was empty as well. The bed was uncomfortable and needs an upgrade. The room was not worth the $259 we paid for the night.

The first night I checked in I found a few bed bugs in my room. I reported it to the front desk and even took one down with me to see if that is what it was. He gave me another room and I never heard anything else from the hotel. I got a text from Hilton Honors to see how my stay was going and told them what happened and that no one at the hotel had gotten back to me or check on it..The person on the text got back to me, but still no one from the hotel ever got back with me which I feel is terrible customer service.

There were two dead cockroaches on my floor. You had to really push on the entry door to get into my room. The door lock strike plate did not line up with the door lock.
