The Breakfast Lady was inspirational and impressive. She arrived at the Hotel circa 4AM and by 6AM had the best "down-home" Breakfast I've had on-the-road...ever! And..she was knowledgeable, conversant, circulated amongst customers, was genuinely concerned about our satisfaction with her efforts and the Hotel's comfort.. She wanted us all to start our day with a full tummy and positive attitude: robust coffee, juice low-fat milk, half-&-half, eggs of several styles, sausage, bacon, self-made waffles, jam/jelly/syrup, English muffins, toast, cereal;, oatmeal with cinnamon/ raisens & sliced almonds, Greek yogurt and 5 kinds of fresh fruit...the morning-news on TV. Hellofa experience. She deserves a raise.
