The entire resort of Perdido Sun is going through a remodel which should be completed by May of 2025. Guests can expect loud noise during this construction during the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday that affects every unit. We have discounted the nightly rate during the construction process for those who would still like to come and enjoy our beautiful beaches despite the construction noise. If you enjoy taking naps during the day during this construction, this resort is not for you until after construction is completed. If you don't mind the noise during the day because you will be out exploring, then this could be a very affordable retreat directly on the Gulf of Mexico.

Both bedrooms boasts amazing views & full baths for your enjoyment! Enjoy dining inside or outside on your private balcony overlooking the waves crashing against the sugar white sand beaches. The sunsets are breathtaking from your retreat. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, & the amazing amenities Perdido Sun Resort offers.

Wake up to the incredible views from both bedrooms! The master suite has a king bed and an on-suite full bath... The second bedroom has a queen bed with an on-suite bath.

Smart TV's are in the bedrooms, living room and also on the balcony for those who wish to watch the game and the sunset at the same time.

This retreat also has a queen sleeper sofa and plenty of comfortable seating.

A fully equipped kitchen with inside or outside dining are ready for you to enjoy. This beautiful retreat also has a washer and dryer!

Step out onto your private balcony to watch the waves crash against the sugar white sandy shore of Perdido Key (Pensacola), Florida.

Seaside Escape is located in the Perdido Sun Resort. Enjoy the indoor heated and the outdoor pools, hot tub as you grill beachside or just enjoy the sights and sounds of this beachside oasis. We also have a fitness room for those who wish to get a work out before hitting the beach.

This is a more laid back area for those who wish to relax, unwind & be refreshed. There are nearby restaurants serving the best seafood you could imagine. We have listed our favorites in our welcome book.

Enjoy our our nature preserves, parasailing, deep sea fishing, golfing, sunset tiki or dolphin cruising. Watch the Blue Angels practice shows when they are in town or head over to the Naval Aviation Museum or the Lighthouse.
Outlet shopping is about a 45 minute day trip. The Wharf is a great place to enjoy a concert of the many top artists of the day. There are so many wonderful things to do if you want to stay busy.

Seaside getaway
Decided to spend some time on the Florida coast with some friends. They also stayed in the same condos that we were in. We were all very excited to find everything as listed. The apartment was clean had everything you needed and the view was amazing. No detail was missed. Although we didn’t have the best weather while we were there, we still had an amazing time. Comfortable beds, comfortable couch plenty of blankets. Air-conditioning works great!
