Most properties along the bay have seawalls and very limited water access, here its sandy beach all the way across!! Enjoy watching the dolphins and getting some sun while laying out on your own private beach, under the beautiful palm trees and Spanish moss covered cypress trees. This property really is the perfect family vacation home and offers many amenities and experiences to accommodate you and your family. Don’t forget to bring your boat!

Pro: nice location on the water - spacious house - comfy bed - kitchen has mostly everything you need for extended stay - 15 min. ride to the Naval Aviation Museum - quiet neighborhoodCons: The carpet as soon as you walked in and through the hallway was covered with stains, as if from pets. It was a disappointment, and I would recommend as another renter did, to replace it because it is an eyesore - the sliding glass door needs lubrication because it was hard to open/close - a toaster in the kitchen would have been nice to have.

Great view and easy access to the water.
John was super quick to respond to any questions we had- great communication. The view and access to the water was just a described in listing/photos- perfect view and easy access. The home is roomy and great for a family. A few items that we felt could be improved… the carpet has a lot of stains and looks as if it needs to be replaced. There was no kitchen dish cloths or pot holders to get items out of the oven. The deck has some nail pops and uneven boards which was a little concerning and a bit of a hazard. We still enjoyed our time and the beautiful view.
