I will not be using this hotel anymore,the first night staying there, after working all day n comming to finally relax and unwind,vi go to get into the shower,and the water was off, I asked what the problem was and could we be moved to another room,vbut was told the whole hotel was without water,I payed for three nights,and only stayed 2,:not once did housekeeping come and change out linens or towels, and we pulled out the couch in the living room and it was covered with doghair,and the white sheets were brown n orangstained, it was disgusting, also I was not comet anything,and got no refund,I don't know how they even passed the room check before letting anyone enter it, pittiful,vi would not recommend red roof in"at least the one on Avalon Blvd";to anyone! I still feel I should get my money back for the last night I didn't even stay thereand giving a coupon or something for not even having water!

It was a good stay for the week but they donā€™t come turn the bed down or take the trash out or anything until you check out. You have to take your used towels to the front desk and they will give you new ones. The breakfast was good but if you want protein you will need to go to the Waffle House in the parking lot.

The stay was fine. It was convenient off I-10. In the room, I had trouble with things drying but donā€™t know if itā€™s because of the humidity. I would have liked softer pillows. Everything else was fine. Perhaps they could clean the vents all over the hotel. They seemed like they could use a good vacuuming. Otherwise, it was very clean.

Booked room several weeks in advance and was switched rooms without prior notification was given a queen instead of a king suite and told the price was the same. Room was not up-to standards, there were roaches and ants in the kitchen area and bathroom, the pool area was trashed (beer bottles amd other garbage).

Beyond my expectations, considering my experiences at other Red Roof hotels. I did have some issues with the staff: someone made a noise complaint and blamed us while I was sleeping. I guess it's hard to tell where sounds come from in some buildings, so I didn't take it personally, but it did interrupt my sleep. Apart from that, everything was okay.

Traveling through to Florida and we arrive quite late. Staff was friendly and helpful, very informative, and the rooms were incredibly cold. Their is no question that their air conditioners work.

Hotel property is old and very dirty. It should be remodeled and upgraded. Very dirty floor and bathroom. Terrible smell in the room. Blanket was smelling like urine.
