Regency Towers 202B - Come enjoy the peaceful views from this recently remodeled beachfront 2br/2ba condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. Every detail has been hand-selected and includes new couches, new bedding, new artwork, new flat-screen TVs in every room, new patio furniture and so much more. This condo features its own washer/dryer while other units in the complex do not.

Regency Towers are located just east of all the shops & restaurants of Pensacola Beach. The great thing about Regency is that you don't have to deal with the crowded condos and high rises right at the bridge, but yet it's only a short commute to enjoy all the shops & restaurants that we all love so much. There is also the FREE beach shuttle adjacent to the community that takes you up and down the Beach from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community amenities include a beachfront pool, community clubhouse, tennis courts, new pickle ball courts and elevator access.

Very relaxing stay with excellent views. Quiet building. Had amazing selection of toys for the toddler not only for the room but for the beach as well. Complimentary chairs and umbrella was set up by 7am and left up until 6pm each day. Only negative about the place was that the toilets whistled for about 2 min every time you flushed, not sure how much control owner has over that. Would definitely stay again!

Fanastic family vacation. Kat had great restaurant recommendations. Property is well stocked with everything you need including rainy day games, puzzles, books for kids and adults. Not to mention all the beach and pool toys included too. Loves the 2nd floor location and being able to see the pool from the balcony. Quick walk to the beach. Loved everything about this place and would definitely recommend.

Loved this area of the gulf and being away from the crowded areas. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our family. The kids loved having the bigger room with plenty of space for their things and to run around and play. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and items we could use if needed. The beach was never crowded and we enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrella included. We had a wonderful trip!

Spring break '25

The property (Regency Towers) was in the perfect location for us; away from the busyness of the pier area, but a quick drive to get to all the restaurants, shops and activities. It is a family friendly area and less crowded than the pier beach area. The property managers were seen cleaning the lobby, monitoring the pool and just making sure the property was clean and maintained.The condo itself was in the perfect location on the 2nd floor, creating an easy way for us manage all of our beach gear with the kids. It looks out over the Gulf, with amazing views from all rooms in the condo. The kids bedroom was huge, with 2 full size beds and attached bathroom. The master was plenty big as well, with a very comfortable king size bed. The décor was cute and made you feel like you were on vacation.The condo was loaded with all kinds of extras, including tons of board games, books, movies and toys for the kids. There were some beach chairs, a cooler and sand toys available as well. The kitchen had everything we needed, and they provided starters for toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap and laundry packets. The attention to detail and all the little extras were appreciated. We hope to stay at this condo again in the future!

Less than 10 minutes drive to all the restaurants and attractions. The beach is less than 3 minutes from the door! Well equipped, clean. Suited us well as a multigenerational family, grandparents with the King, and parents and teen in the two queens. Did miss our king bed but worked well for a four night stay!

Everything about this VRBO was amazing!! Let me just say, the photos do NOT do the property justice! The condo was clean and extremely well stocked. It was quiet and peaceful. And the location….cant beat it! Viewing the sunrise from our balcony was incredible!! Close proximity to shops, bars/restaurants, attractions and family activities. Normally we visit different locations every year, however, I think that we will be returning to our little piece of paradise again! Also, big thanks to the host for being so wonderful and communicating so promptly! 5 stars!!! Thanks for all the wonderful memories!!! 🥰
