You'll love the view of the Gulf from this 11th-floor condo (the top floor!) in peaceful Perdido Key. Upon entering this one-bedroom 1.5-bath condo you'll notice the warm neutral tones of the furnishings, the tile floors throughout the property, and an outstanding coastal view from your private balcony.

This condo sleeps up to five people in a layout that includes a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a king-sized sleeper sofa and sleeper chair in the living room.

It's only a short walk across the boardwalk to the beach from your condo, which is conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants.

On site, you'll find an outdoor pool, a hot tub, an indoor pool inside a light-filled atrium, a fitness room, and a gathering space in the spacious lobby. There's even a little bookshelf library in the lobby so you can catch up on some reading during your stay!

While there is not a washer/dryer inside the condo, a coin-operated laundry is available in the building.

Nice location - a few issues
Overall the place itself was a nice place minus a few little items such as an uncovered hole in the wall that looks to have been where a wall plate for something was at one time and has not been covered, walls in master bedroom were not clean, and door hinges are rusty and need replacing. Had a beautiful view and could be an EXCELLENT place to stay for a couple or very small family. My issues with the place are this though. FIRST AND FOREMOST, this is NOT an individual owner you will talk to. This property is managed by Vacasa of Florida. I did not notice this at the time but I wouldn't have thought much of it but now that I know what to expect. Perdido Sun management will NOT help you because you didn't book through them. Limited to 1500 characters here, will have to shorten - so, we had an electrical issue and couldn't find way to fix or be sure electricity was off to that location. Vacasa said they'd have a maintenance ticket put in and someone would call me shortly - NO ONE ever did. Point of all this is that Vacasa is not someone who KNOWS the property personally and doesn't really have a vested interest in it. The location's management obviously doesn't care if their place burns to the ground since we didn't book through them. They might be quicker to respond to a text but with an actual property owner, you could call them and get them quicker and they would actually care what is going on and be more helpful as much as they could anyways.

Everything was great during our stay except the lights in both bathrooms went out. Even after resetting the circuit breakers, the wouldn’t work. We reported it to Guest Services but they couldn’t send someone the same day, so we had dark bathrooms overnight before we checked out. Otherwise, it was good.

A little disappointed
We arrived in the evening and we were surprised that the unit didn't have the very basic supplies. There wasn't coffee, salt, pepper or any other just basic items. Not that i expected coffee for or entire stay but enough for one morning would have been nice until you could get to a store. With a full kitchen it would have been nice to have at least some salt and pepper and a couple of basic spices so you don't have to purchase them for cooking a few meals. Other than the above issue the condo was beautiful. Clean and very well taken care of.

Breathtaking view of the ocean!
Overall it was a nice & comfortable for the couple of days we were there. We had a little trouble finding the router for the WiFi, which would have been nice if it were just plugged in. There was also some mold on the ceiling in the shower. Coffee filters for the coffee maker would have been nice too.

Wonderful place! Very clean!
We've stayed at many different condos over the years and have never had a bad experience but this condo outshined them all. Without a doubt this was the cleanest unit we've ever had the privilege of staying in! The view was spectacular. The bed was so comfortable l didn't want to get up in the morning though sunrise on the balcony is precious to me and l still didn't miss a one! Highly recommend this condo and Vacasa!

Stay was excellent except a few things. Air conditioning went out on Thursday they came and fixed it
Air conditioning and electricity went out on Thursday. They came and fixed it in a timely manner. Air conditioning went out again on friday. They could not fix it. They were going to call an air conditioner guy we checked out so don’t know if it got fixed. The condo was clean but there was an overwhelming smell of lemon. Don’t know if it was coming through the vents when the air did work. I cookie sheet would be nice. Everything else was adequately furnished even towels toilet paper etc.

Just perfect oceanfront condo
Just right with a beautiful view and easy access to the ocean. The pools and hot tub looked great too. Entry codes were delivered right to my inbox and text messaging on the day of our arrival and the security at the front desk was available late at night when we arrived with our parking passes and wristbands. Seem less and carefree and no hassles just like vacation should be.

Quick beach trip. Nice beach access, clean and tidy unit upon arrival. Parking was tight, but handled with ease. Front desk was pleasant and knowledgeable of area. Ice Cream shop across the street was a hit! Great communication and just a few minor things that come along with an older building.

Great stay, balcony was lovely. Items that weren’t there that you may want to bring: coffee basket filters, Kleenex, spices for cooking, scrubber for cleaning pans, and beach towels. We didn’t have any face cloths either, just 2 hand towels and 5 towels. Not sure if that was just an oversight for our stay or if that’s the norm. We were able to park two vehicles, but one of the vehicles has to park across the highway behind the restaurant. The indoor pool was nice, and there’s a room of beach items that people leave what they don’t need for others to use (chairs, toys, floats). The hot tub was out of order during our stay. We didn’t try out the exercise room or coin operated laundry room. The TV turned to static our first night there. They sent someone to fix it the next day. Seems like they’ve had issues with it before. Daughter slept on the pull out chair and said it was comfortable.
