This carriage house sits behind an 1885 historic home that at one point in its life was used as a catholic nunnery. The carriage house was built in the 1940's by the catholic diocese to be used as their immigration services center. We are the 3rd owner of this historic property. We are proud reveal our latest recreation of this carriage house we call the Tropical Hideaway. Visitors will enjoy private off street gated parking, a unique split level design in a tropical themed atmosphere. The carriage house has a full kitchen, high end furnishings and decor. Alexa actuated lighting, a comfortable queen size memory foam articulating bed upstairs and an antique full size bed, sitting area and laundry facility downstairs. We are located diagonally from the historic Seville Square Park that hosts the annual Seafood festival and Greater Gulf Coast Art Festival.
