Perfectly situated between Penzance (2 miles) and St Ives (6 miles), Seabreeze Lodge is located in the grounds of Kenegie Manor, a park set in 11 acres of land which is steeped in history.
From here you will have many of West Cornwall’s iconic attractions on your doorstep to explore. From historic towns to sandy beaches, you’ll be able to enjoy all of what this magical county has to offer. 
SeaBreeze Lodge overlooks Mounts Bay, home to the world famous St Michael's Mount. The beaches are safe here and many watersports are available, as well as cycle paths and walking paths.
Staying at Seabreeze Lodge will give you access to the onsite heated indoor swimming pool, plus the sauna, tennis courts, bar, shop, putting (Feb-Oct) - there is also an onsite laundry open all year around.
Opened 1st September 2024, SeaBreeze Lodge is a GOLD rated, ground floor, two bedroomed bungalow, designed to comfortably accommodate four people; and comes with a designated parking space only a few steps away. 
The lounge-diner-kitchen is conveniently open plan; with two sofa’s and a dining table with four chairs. There is a smart tv with dvd player in the lounge and High Speed WiFi is provided throughout the property. Amazon Alexa is provided for music and there is a selection of DVD’s, books and games available for your use. There are two bedrooms (one has a double bed and the other has two single beds with hotel grade mattresses), with wardrobes, drawers and bedside cabinets with lamps. The bathroom has a shower cubicle for easy access, WC, vanity and heated towel rail. 
The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob and oven, a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge (with  ice box for frozen items), Dulce Gusto coffee machine (pods not provided), saucepans, frying pan, utensils, crockery and cutlery.
Bedding and towels will be provided for you.
There are two outdoor patio’s, one has a four seater picnic bench for you to enjoy al-fresco dining and to enjoy the wonderful views over the Cornish countryside.
Kenegie Manor has an onsite restaurant (The Forge) which offers a range of tasty dishes to suit all the family. The restaurant also provide a takeaway option. There is often entertainment provided such as live music, quiz nights and bingo.

Public transport is a one minute walk away from the Lodge - a bus route connecting Penzance to St Ives (Numbers 16 or 200) - they both stop outside the entrance to the park.
Penzance train station and bus terminal are nearby with a taxi rank positioned outside both stations.

House Rules:
Check-in time is 4pm, and check-out is 10am (please close all windows, turn heaters off, lock doors and return the keys to the lockbox)
Smoking is not allowed within SeaBreeze, but outside is fine
Included is free parking right outside of the lodge. Additional free parking is nearby in the overflow carpark (two minute walk away)

**Please note. There is NOT an electric car charging facility at Kenegie, however they can be found nearby. Please do not plug an electric car into the SeaBreeze electrical systems as you will cause permanent damage. When the property is vacant please turn off the electric heating
