In a quiet setting in the countryside, come and enjoy our Provencal farmhouse the living room consists of a dining room, a living room and an American kitchen all being new. Upstairs the two bedrooms with a 160 cm bed and tv, the second bedroom has a 140 cm bed and one in 90 with cupboards. The shower room and wc separate.
with 1500m2 of wooded park. Facing due south, the house of 90 m2 renovated in pure Provencal style (stone and exposed beams) is ideal for holidays with family or friends in the south. The 50 square meter stone terrace adjoins an open stone garage of 90 m2 entirely at your disposal as well as a boules and soccer field. free wifi 9 km away is located in the heart of the EcoQuartier de Beaulieu, Lac de Monteux is a leisure center open every day of the year.
Ideal for the whole family, this space offers a multitude of activities to practice alone or with others, free swimming and monitoring.

Geräumiges Bauernhaus in ländlicher Gegend
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, modern und gut ausgestattet. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen (täglich mehr als 35 Grad) bleibt es drinnen angenehm kühl. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für eine komplette Selbstversorgung braucht. Allerdings gab es keine typischen Grundzutaten, wie Tee, Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig, u.a., wie wir es von anderen Unterkünften kennen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, auch wenn eine Verständigung aufgrund unser kaum vorhandenen Französischkenntnisse nur eingeschränkt möglich war. Es war die schönste Ferienunterkunft, die wir bislang Frankreich gebucht haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein erholsamer Urlaub fürs Herz...
Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wohn- und Esszimmer sind großzügig und bieten viel Platz, ebenso das Außengelände. Die Küche ist vollständig ! ausgestattet, alles von sehr guter Qualität und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und offen für unsere Fragen. In unmittelbarer Nähe verläuft der Radweg (ehemalige Eisenbahnstrecke) von Orange nach Velleron. Dies war der ideale Ausgangspunkt für unsere Fahrradtouren. Die schöne Landschaft hat uns wieder begeistert, das Wetter hat dazu beigetragen. Carpentras lädt ein zum Einkaufen (Hypermarché und Markt am Freitag) und ist unkompliziert zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super séjour d'1 semaine dans cette super maison, au calme, trés bien équipée, il ne manque rien! Très bien placée, à 5 min du centre-ville et des commerces. Un jardin et un préau tres appréciés des enfants. Ping pong, vélos, ballons.... nickel! Je recommande!

Toller Urlaub in einem herrlichen Ferienhaus
Komfortabel ausgestattetes, sehr schönes provenzalisches Haus mit tollem Grundstück in ruhiger Lage. Sehr freundliche und angenehme Vermieter, die nebenan wohnen. Wir (zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder) haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Einfach wunderbar!
Wir waren zu zweit 2 Wochen vor Ostern in diesem sehr schönen, gemütlichen Haus, das eine typische provencalische Atmosphäre bietet. Alles sehr großzügig und gepflegt. Reichhaltige, sehr moderne Küchenausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Bequeme Betten in geräumigen Schlafzimmern mit großen Einbauschränken. Großzügiges Badezimmer mit komfortabler, großer Dusche, WC separat. Die Treppe ist etwas steil und knarrt beim Auf- und Abgehen, was uns nicht gestört hat, mit sehr kleinen Kindern aber auch etwas störend sein könnte. Sehr großzügiger Außenbereich mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für große und kleine Kinder. Geräumige Sitzecke auf der großen Terrasse direkt am Eingang mit Blick auf den Garten. Die Gastgeber wohnen nebenan. Sie sind herzlich und unaufdringlich, hilfsbereit und sehr entspannt. Wir waren schon oft in französischen Ferienwohnungen und hier hat es uns bisher am Besten gefallen. Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne einmal wieder. Reinhard und Pia

Nous avons passé 3 agréables semaines dans la location de M. et Mme Falcioni qui ont été des hôtes chaleureux, accueillants et bienveillants. Chaleureux accueil - gîte spacieux
Les propriétaires serviables et très sympathiques nous enchantaient par leur merveilleux accent provençal. Agréable gîte avec cuisine, coin salon et salle à manger spacieux. Comme nous voulions rendre visite à notre fils et nos 2 petits-enfants, nous avons été agréablement surpris qu'en raison de l'utilisation des routes secondaires ce gîte soit si proche de la maison de notre fils. Sur la grande pelouse, notre petit-fils aîné (3 ans) s'est amusé en jouant au football, sur les balançoires et la glissoire. Il était également fasciné par les poules, les pigeons et tracteurs. Propriété entièrement clôturée. A. Vanderstraeten, Belgique (Limbourg).
