Parking in the property, the East facing facade is facing the entrance to the port of Perros, 15 minutes walk from the city center. and close to Friday's weekly market. a hiking trail runs along the house, on one side towards the center and on the other side to the Pors ar Goret beach and Trestrignel beach.

Lovely house, location, and host
This is a gem! Plenty of room in this house--4 bedrooms, 2 full baths over two floors, large kitchen, nice balcony. The location is great: walk to the beach (it's more rocky than sandy) or, a little further, to town. A car is probably helpful to get around. The Port Plaisant part of Perros-Guirec, near this house, is small with nice shops and restaurants. I recommend the Wednesday morning market! Marie-Francoise is a lovely and helpful host. The house was very clean and check-in was easy. We only had 3 nights here but could easily have stayed longer.

Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette Ƥltere Dame. Die KĆ¼che sowie die BƤder sind neu, die anderen RƤume sowie das Mobiliar etwas Ƥlter. Die Balkonmƶbel sind ganz neu und haben uns gut gefallen. Perros-Guirec ist ein lebendiger kleiner Ort, der alles fĆ¼r einen gelungenen Urlaub bietet. Dazu ist er hervorragend gelegen, um die Cote Granit RosĆ© erkunden zu kƶnnen. Unsere Abreise erfolgte ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert. Aus unserer Sicht hat das Haus noch deutliches Potential, wenn alles modernisiert wĆ¼rde.

Alles war super! Wir kamen zum zweiten mal in dieses Haus. Zu Viert hat man luxusmƤssig viel Platz (mit 3 WC's und 2 Duschen). Es war sauber und die KĆ¼che super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist tip top, mit Meerblick, 10 min.zum Strand Trestignel und 15 min.zum Hafen und auch ins Zentrum. Sehr nette Vermieterin! šŸ˜

Marie-Francoise ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist groƟ und mit insgesamt vier Schlafzimmern bestens ausgestattet. Die Terrasse bietet einen schƶnen Blick, man muss allerdings Wind mƶgen. Die Lage selbst ist ein bisschen schattig, trotz relativ zentraler Lage aber sehr ruhig. Alles, Meer, Stadt, Sandstrand, Hafen, sind fuƟlƤufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Es war alles super! Es fehlte uns in diesem Haus nichts, war sauber und eine sehr nette Vermieterin! Die Aussicht ist genial. Es ist gut gelegen, 10 min. zu Fuss zum Strand Trestignel, sowie auch ins Dorfzentrum.

Nous avons passĆ© une bonne semaine dans cette maison sur les hauteurs de Perros-Guirec. La maison est fonctionnelle avec sa piĆØce salle Ć  manger / cuisine, ses 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain, 3 WC. La propriĆ©taire est accueillante. L'emplacement permet de voir la mer, d'accĆ©der Ć  pieds Ć  la mer 5mn et Ć  la plage 10mn. Cependant le niveau des finitions intĆ©rieure est insuffisant (baguettes de portes manquantes, peinture, qualitĆ© du salon un peu Ć¢gĆ©, une des portes de douche cassĆ©e). Cela n'a rien Ć“tĆ© Ć  nos vacances.
