Prior to our stay we recieved an email that the hotel front desk was relocated and breakfast would be grab and go. No big deal. When we arrived the hotel was under complete construction. The front desk was located in a hotel room that you walked through heavy construction to get to. We tried to remain positive. Got our room key from the very friendly staff. Went to the room and the entire way up it was a construction zone. The hallway wasn’t painted yet, lights were taped or not installed yet, there wasn’t even a doorway floor between the room and hallway. Went into the room where we were given a king instead of two queens reserved. This hotel absolutely should not have been open during this heavy construction. The pool was completely unusable as well. Multiple families were leaving at once. We were told we would be refunded but we have yet to receive a reimbursement. We had to load our kids back into the car and find another hotel which was rather difficult because there was a baseball tournament in town. This experience was absolutely horrible. We should be refunded.

Pictures outdated on Expedia there is no tub rooms. The hotel is under construction. The television was placed facing the wall an unable to be turned around to face the bed. The bathroom was not well cleaned. The receptionist was the only bright spot she was very accommodating and apologized for the room not meeting expectations.

Crooks! We had reservation & paid thru Expedia. Upon arrival, my handicapped veteran brother in law was told (after he fought his way in thru construction mess) that their computer was down, sorry, can’t check him into room. Now…. They say NO Refund?!? We arrived to check in, they turned away but still want to keep our money?!? I travel tons, never again at Hampton Unn & I’m a Hilton Honors Member 20 years! Shameful

This hotel in having major construction. The makeshift checkin is in one the guest rooms. Due to the construction there are very few parking spots it is confusing as to how to get into the hotel. The breakfast which was makeshift and in another guest room was extremely limited. I would not recommend this hotel until the construction is complete

This hotel is in the midst of a completely unsafe construction site! No one should be staying here! My husband went into the desk to check in and the clerks were operating out of a card table in the midst of an extremely filthy lobby. One clerk was so unpleasant that he refused to even say hello. The other clerk asked my husband whether he wanted the bad news or the good news first? My husband then said bad news and the clerk said there are no room keys.My husband immediately left the property and was told by the clerk that the refund would be taken care of, that was false since only Expedia can process a refund. I then spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone trying to process a receipt and refund from Expedia. There could not be a more frustrating experience than booking at this motel and trying to get a refund. This motel should not even be on the Expedia site. Apparently Expedia has gone so far downhill that they don’t check the hotels on their site.

This hotel should not be listed on the Orbitz website. It is under construction and uninhabitable. When I saw the condition of the property, I contacted the hotel. Due to the construction, I was not even able to locate a front desk so I had to call from my vehicle. The person who answered was rude and unhelpful. I called Orbitz and sent pictures of the property. They agreed that it looked unsafe and uninhabitable. I was charged anyway. I will no longer use Orbitz in the future and I caution people to not stay at this property.

Don't book this hotel. I booked it last week and it was under construction and not suitable accommodations. The front desk is in a borrowed room as is the breakfast room. Breakfast was grab and go packaged muffins. I stayed elsewhere after seeing this place and hotels.com refuses to refund my money after selling me this dump. They have lost my business forever (after 25 years).
