There were hardly any amenities; one tiny soap, no shampoo, no tissues, no blow dryer in room. No breakfast and shower was horrible. Damage to tile in bathroom.

The property is in VA... i think the water heater is in New Jersey. It literally took 15 minutes for the shower to get warm enough for ke to get in it. Other than that, not bad.

It was horrible now they take deposits when they didn’t use to for reservation so it was a big misunderstanding because I had already purchased the room then had to pay another deposit service sucked..

Motel on it's last legs

Absolute roach motel. Shower head was damaged, curtains were burnt, several lights didn't work, and the whole room stank of tobacco. Water was discolored as well. Staff were polite but incompetent. Don't stay here for love or money!

Not clean.. no housekeeping for my room , dog hair on my floor, asked front desk to contact housekeeping and never received my service for that.. no bar soap in the room.front man staff was very rude.. overall not pleased at all

It was a overall good stay but they didn’t clean the shower because I still had used rags and someone left their comb with hair all in it and they had opened soap that was already used and not to mention they had mold on the ceilings..

When I arrived the front desk employee was rude and on the phone with her son. No customer service skills what so ever. Get to the room and it’s nasty. Not clean and the bathtub looked like it hasn’t been clean In weeks with a bunch of hair on it. Just nasty over all, will never stay there ever again.

power went out for two hours whilst there, front of ac unit isn’t on all the way, door lock shifted and door wouldn’t lock until screwed back into place, room needed TLC The front desk lady was absolutely amazing though and had amazing customer service!
