Cozy Modern Carriage Apartment Close to Shopping Sports Golf & Skiing

Cozy, comfortable carriage apartment 5 miles from Petoskey. This second-story 864 sq ft carriage apartment has a full kitchen including side-by-side refrigerator, gas stove & oven, dishwasher, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker or 10-cup coffee maker, and toaster; two bedrooms, one king & one queen, two full bathrooms with heated floors, washer & dryer, and HD Smart TV with Amazon Prime and Hulu included.

The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, drinking glasses & coffee mugs, silverware, pots, pans, a small crockpot, baking pans and dishes, and paper products. Complimentary bottled water, K-pods, drip coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, and creamer are provided.

Sleeps 4 easily but has a comfortable couch, and a twin air mattress is also supplied, to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.

Free WiFi Hi-speed internet, air conditioning, electric heat, and pellet stove for cozy, supplemental winter heat. Private access and decks, warming / dry room for winter enthusiasts.

A propane grill is located on the upper deck, a small fire pit with chairs is located on the lawn, and a ground-level deck has a patio table and four chairs.

Perfect for soccer, softball, or baseball tournaments, snowmobilers, skiers, kayakers, and outdoor enthusiasts. Centrally located between Boyne Mountain, Nubs Nob, and Boyne Highlands. 5 miles to downtown Petoskey or shopping plazas and restaurants, 1/4 mile to Petoskey Snowmobile Club; 1/2 mile to the Bear River with kayak access; 1.5 miles to Click Road soccer complex; 3 miles to River Road Sports Complex (soccer, softball, disc golf, Bear River access), 5 miles to Walloon Lake. Every comfort provided
This property was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The comfort of the guest was thoughtfully considered and provided for. I especially appreciated the quality of the towels and that the bathrooms have heated floors. It was an easy 10 minute drive into downtown Petoskey for my conference.

This is a very beautiful apartment just outside of Petoskey. Very clean and felt like a home. Was convenient to get to town and waterfront. We enjoyed visiting with the goats as well! Such funny characters 😁. We will definitely return if our girls play in the softball tournament next year!!

Great Getaway
We had two weddings in one weekend and this was a perfect location for both. One wedding was in Ellsworth and the other was in Petoskey. We also had fun visiting Boyne Mtn's Skybridge, Walloon, and kayaking on the Bear River. Jeff and Shawn's place has everything you need. We'll definitely come back again.

We are 4 68-70somethings that went to college together & get together on a regular basis . This time we were meeting with friends who live in Cross village. Had 7 of us for breakfast 1 morning & we all fit & had a lovely time . Hosts were super accommodating with check in & out . The accommodations were very nice , very clean & cute. Kitchen was well equipped & had all the things you would need for a longer stay. They thought of all the little things like salt & pepper & even had bottled water in the fridge. Can’t say enough about how great it was to stay . Thanks for making our stay stellar ❣️

The apartment is very cute and clean. The amount of space was perfect for our family. And the location was excellent, about 2 minutes from the Click Rd soccer complex. Jeff and Shawn were always available also. We had a great stay!

Great ski location
This apartment is right in between Boyne Mountain, Nub's Nob and Boyne Highlands- each is only 20 minutes away. The apartment is very clean, well appointed and very comfortable for 4 adults. The hosts are terrific and there are many four-legged hosts as well. We would be more than happy to return in the future.
