UpNorth Getaway almost in the Heart of the City

It is conveniently located and walking distance to the gaslight district and Petoskey’s finest shopping and dining. It is also just steps away from the breakwall, Bayfront Park and Little Traverse Wheelway.
The apartment boasts of a private porch with views of Little Traverse Bay. The unit consists of 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, and 1 bath with a tub shower combination, living room with a pull out sofa bed (double bed size with inflatable mattress), and dining area with seating for 4.
Features: Cable, central air, washer, dryer, paved 1 car paved driveway, BBQ and outdoor seating.

The rental unit is on the second level of the home requiring guests to climb stairs. The host lives full time on the first level with a 4 year old delightful, fun loving lab/golden mix named Tessa.

There is a propane BBQ available ready to use. The propane tank is in place with a spare tank close by for your convenience.

The suite is cleaned and sanitized based on best practices provided by VRBO.

What a view and great place
The initial view of the lake thrilled us. It was the perfect location for an easy walk to the beach, or into town, or an easy bike ride to the great Little Travers Wheelway. Perfect Little Getaway
My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and loved it! Although the rental space is only the 2nd floor of the building, it is still very spacious and is about the size of a standard one bedroom apartment. The owner was very communicative and we were given plenty of information before our arrival. The location is also only a short drive (or long walk) from downtown Petoskey, which made it very convenient for us to hop around town.

Love this place!!

We have stayed here before, and both times the property has been beautiful, clean and well supplied, as if you were a guest. We had a medical issue this time, and wow, was our host concerned and thoughtful! Karen is truly a gem. It is on the second floor, but the stairway is newer, safe, well lit and easy to use. We were so pleased with this stay that we are returning next year. Karen is attentive in every way but never intrusive. Her place is tastefully and comfortably furnished. We also enjoyed being close to the park and to downtown Petoskey without having to drive. But the icing on the cake is the view of Lake Michigan - you can see how beautiful it is from the living room and deck. Looking forward to our return!
