THE STAFF IS AMAZING AND ALL FLUENT IN ENGLISH. THE PROPERTY IS HIGH ON A HILL WITH BESUTIFUL VIEWS OF THE MOUNTAINS. IT IS ALSO CLOSE TO ALL THE TOURIST ATTRACTIONS.

Smart hotel in nice area
Hotel is situated in a pleasant residential part of town and is within minutes walk from a couple of the best restaurants in the city. The hotel is very clean and well run. All the staff were professional and polite. If I return to the city I will stay there.

O hotel fica em uma localização privilegiada e próxima a bons restaurantes. Dá para ver a Granja Comari da janela do refeitório. Muito bom!!!! A paisagem é incrível! Oferece um ótimo café da manhã e funcionários muito atenciosos. Alguns pontos negativos: ducha higiênica quebrada e as toalhas com cheiro desagradável.

Boa Estrutura - Atendimento pode ser melhor.
Uma boa opção para Teresópolis, com destaque para a localização e algumas facilidades que o hotel oferece, tais como estacionamento disponivel, piscina e sala de jogos. Há alguns inconvenientes e limitações, no entanto: Internet por ticket renovavel a cada dia, é um mecanismo retrógrado e impede funcionamento de certos dispositivos. O café da manhã, apesar do ótimo atendimento do staff, tem opções simplificadas, açucaradas ou processadas para alimentos - poderiam ser melhores. Houve um imprevisto que foi o despreendimento do pé da cama, que foi resolvido com um simples encaixe e me fez ficar ajustando durante a estada por vezes repetida, poderia ter sido substituida a cama ou consertada de forma definitiva. As opções para alimentação à noite não estão disponíveis e o uso do micro ondas tem limitações, tendo sido usado o da cozinha pelo recepcionista, enquanto havia um no bar da entrada, que não foi usado "de forma a não causar um excesso de cheiro na entrada" - apontamento feito pela direção do hotel. Ao utilizar o micro ondas da cozinha, este deve ser um modelo antigo e gerou um bom retardo para funcionar. E para finalizar, me chamou a atenção que os funcionários, apesar de atenciosos, parecem não trabalhar com alegria. Deu a impressão de uma direção muito rígida e condições não ideais para que o staff esteja à vontade para uma atividade tão importante, que é a interação com público.
