PÉSSIMO, não tem nada de sossego, local extremamente barulhento, fiquei dois dias e os dois dias sem dormir. Roupa de cama e banho velha, a porta com um trinco que não gera qualquer confiança. Não voltarei e não indico a ninguém.

Fator positivo: o atendimento dos funcionários, pois foram educados e prestativos. Fatores negativos: 1) A pousada não oferece ar condicionado nos quartos, somente ventilador de teto. Petrópolis, assim como grande parte do nosso planeta, há muito deixou de apresentar temperaturas predominatemente agradáveis em certos meses do ano. No último dia 18/11 ( data do meu checkin) em Nogueira a temperatura ambiente era de 42 graus. Seria impossível permanecer na pousada por 2 dias se não fosse a intervenção de Deus que providenciou chuva e redução de temperatura ; 2) Embora a pousada se chame sítio sossego, fica muito difícil ter sossego quando o quarto é voltado para estrada com grande fluxo de veículos, pois o barulho é intenso; 3) A área de lazer é mal conservada. A piscina não estava limpa, o chuveiro do banheiro masculino quase não saía água e a ducha externa não estava funcionando; 4) O banheiro do quarto é grande, porém o box apresenta pouquíssimo espaço. Difícil se mover em espaço tão pequeno; 5) Valor da diária incompatível com o que é ofertado. Paguei em torno de R$ 370,00/dia ( incluindo as taxas) por uma hospedagem que não valeu à pena; 6) Café daamhã é bem básico.

SOFRÍVEL
Os quartos são extremamente simples, pelo menos o que ficamos. O chuveiro joga a água pra trás, você tem que quase encostar na parede pra se molhar, é elétrico e o fluxo de água é mísero. A saboneteira é dançarina e é impossível colocar o sabão, a mesma coisa acontece com o toalheiro, coisas simples de resolver com uma chave de fenda. Tem avisos dizendo que estão em obras, e vão precisar mesmo de muita obra, porque o local é desorganizado e feio. O café da manhã é sofrível para uma diária de 350 reais, sendo a mais barata da pousada. Que de pousada não tem nada, parece mais aqueles hotéis de beira de estrada.

Nossa estadia na pousada foi excelente, nada a reclamar, tudo correu muito bem e foi muito agradável. Funcionários muito prestativos e atenciosos, café da manhã excelente, ótima piscina, cama confortável, quarto simples, como de sítio mas tudo limpinho e confortável.

Eu e um grupo de amigos reservamos 8 quartos por conta de um casamento em Petrópolis. Posso dizer que no geral, a experiência foi decepcionante. Chegamos na sexta e alguns quartos, inclusive o meu, estavam sem luz e assim permaneceu até a hora de irmos embora no domingo. Dormimos com calor, tomamos banho frio o fds todo. O Problema em uma das fases entre o poste e o relógio, a pousada abriu vários chamados na Enel e não foram atendidos. Segundo a proprietária, a luz só foi reestabelecida na segunda a tarde, depois que a advogada passou a tratar da situação. Por conta disso, ela devolveu uma diária (50%) para todos nós. No mais, no quarto que eu fiquei, no térreo, o esgoto do quarto de cima passa por dentro do quarto, protegido por uma madeira como acabamento. Com isso, qualquer descarga ou torneira que usavam no quarto de cima fazia barulho no meu quarto. Além disso, tinha algum animal que ficava andando no forro durante a noite. O café da manhã é razoável/bom com variedades o suficiente, na minha opinião.

Achei estranho no quarto não ter um armario, cadeira ou algum local para acomodar roupas e malas, somente um cabideiro para 3 pessoas. Nenhum cobertor (fora a colcha que cobre a cama que não é cobertor). No banheiro, não tinha um gancho para pendurar roupa e só um porta-toalhas para 3 pessoas. . Na sala de estar pessoas com os pés calçados em cima da mesa e dos sofás sem nenhuma reprimenda por parte da administração. É claro que uma mesa de centro em frente à lareira serve para apoiar comidas, bebidas e não tenis ou sapatos, Enfim, muito decepcionado

Com certeza vale o preço. Hotel bom, bem cuidado, mas precisa ter mais cuidado com manutenções, como ventilador de teto fazendo barulho de que esta solto da lâmpada, Tv e canais sem opçes, e mais cuidado com barulho a noite.

Gostei da localização. Não gostei da falta de ar condicionado. Tamanho do banheira e falta de ganchos para pendurar a roupa no banheiro e apoio para as malas nos quartos.o banheira, apesar de ter exaustor , exala cheiro de gases, provenientes de esgoto ( fossa?)
