Baseado nas avaliações, vim esperando o pior. Realmente tem extrema necessidade de reforma. O atendimento na chegada e saída foram bons. O único atendimento muito abaixo foi da responsável pelo café da manhã. Funcionária extremamente antipática e mal humorada. Tenho convicção que existem muitos desempregados que teriam mais educação e vontade de trabalhar do que ela. Café muito simples porém satisfatório ao meu gosto.

Hotel com condições ruins. Estrada para chegar ao local é praticamente impossivel de passar com um carro sedã. Mal sinalizado. Infelizmente considero inaceitável em pleno 2021 o quarto ter uma TV de tubo com 3 canais. Café da manhã bem fraco. O que salva é a extrema educação e prestatividade dos funcionários.

Lugar incrível porém a pousada em si deixa a desejar com os quartos. Não tinha espelho grande no quarto e a tv era antiga de tubo. Quartos precisando de uma nova pintura e decoração, pois tinha um quadro grande todo manchado. O chuveiro era a gás, velho e demorava muito para esquentar a água. Dependendo do quarto você paga o Wi-Fi, nunca vi isso. Não tinha avisos de horários do spa e do café no quarto, nem cardápio. Restaurante lindíssimo, parecia q estava em outra pousada comparando com o quarto q fiquei, mas o café foi fraco, pão resecado, duro e manteiga congelada. Os preços do almoço e jantar também estavam fora da realidade para quem quer fazer todas as refeições no local, já q a pousada fica muito longe do centro de Teresópolis. Pratos individuais a 50 reais, sendo comida caseira. O laser foi fantástico! Piscina maravilhosa super limpa e enorme. Tem uma trilha incrível que vai da recepção até uma piscina natural. Lugar lindo para tirar suas fotos!

Excelente lugar para relaxar
Nossa estadia foi muito boa, desfrutamos de bons momentos em lugar agradável e lindo, para nós o ponto alto foi a maravilhosa piscina natural e a espetacular vista do quarto, o ponto negativo foi que algumas dependências estavam inativas, segundo a administração, por conta da pandemia.

Lugar com muito potencial, muito bonito, mas seria interessante ser mais bem cuidado em relação a limpeza e conservação das áreas naturais que podem ser usadas pelos hóspedes, como a piscina natural, por exemplo. Atendimento de garçom muito bom. :) Vale a pena para relaxar e trocar energias com a natureza que é realmente muito bonita!!! :) No entanto, atente-se quando escolher o quarto, pois não necessariamente será o que vão te colocar. :/

Decepcionante
Deve ter sido a experiência de hospedagem mais decepcionante da vida. Os funcionários até são simpáticos mas a estrutura do local é péssima. Móveis sujos, roupa de cama suja. Na tal varanda do quarto não havia sequer cadeiras e uma mesa que tivemos que solicitar. A lareira do quarto não serve para nada pois não há funcionário para acendê-la e forneceram apenas uma lenha úmida e troncos grandes, um copo de plástico com álcool, sem nenhuma segurança e alguns jornais. Além de ficar a 10cm da cama... Sem grade de proteção. Ou seja, não tivemos a lareira como prometida na reserva. Havia no quarto uma garrafa térmica suja, cheia de café velho... O quarto tinha lâmpadas de luz branca, até mesmo no abajour, nem um pouco aconchegantes, parecia que estávamos num quarto de hospital. Tivemos dificuldade até para arranjar papel higiênico. O café da manhã é decepcionante e você deve ir atrás de alguém para servi-lo. Os talheres são bem sujos e frágeis. O pior de tudo é a cobrarem um valor abusivo para o nível de hospedagem e serviços que oferecem. Fora que é extremamente distante de tudo e a ingrime ladeira que tem que subir para chegar aí local ja desgasta os pneus e o motor do carro logo na chegada.

Gostamos muito do final de semana que passamos, fomos à piscina natural, ao ofuro com água quentinha., descansamos.Cachorrinha aproveitou pra correr nos locais permitidos. Foi uma viagem que fiz com minha namorada pra sair do foco e descansar, foi perfeito, pois o silêncio e a paz do local sao incríveis!!! Além do templo Hare Krishna com uma celebração incrível a vida!!!! A pousada é linda e muito aconchegante e os funcionários muito simpáticos!!!! A paisagem e a tranquilidade que tive lá tornaram a experiência perfeita e a felicidade que minha namorada ficou, fez valer cada momento!!!!!

Acomodações péssimas! Não tinha água quente para tomar banho (alegaram que o botijão estava vazio), depois de 1 hora trocaram o gás. Frigobar desligado e sem nada dentro. Banheiro com mal cheiro (odor de esgoto). Obs.: a recepcionista foi bastante atenciosa. Só não fomos embora no mesmo dia, pois já era tarde e estava chovendo. Fomos embora no primeiro horário e cancelos o restante da estadia.

Vale para quem quer se isolar e chega de dia.
Imaginei algo diferente do que encontrei. O acesso é complicado e o quarto diferente das fotos publicadas. O carro ficou muito distante e foi desconfortável levar a bagagem para o quarto. Gostei da prática com posturas orientais e do atendimento que facilitou a saída antecipada.
