Historic Cottage Retreat in Petworth

A very warm welcome to our beautiful newly renovated character filled historic cottage, a much loved property in the town of Petworth. Boasting 3 en suite bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling.


As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave and coffee maker and toaster.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access and Marshall bluetooth speaker.


This cottage has 3 bedrooms that are all ensuite and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a single bed and a chair bed to make an extra single bed.
The third bedroom contains a double bed.


There are 3 bathrooms all ensuite and one cloak room in the entry hall.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath and shower attachment.

The third has a toilet sink and marble surround bath with a shower attachment.

Accessabilty: There is a steep flight of stairs leading up to the top floor so this may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. The 1st bedroom is on the 1st floor and there should be no accessibility issues to reach this and the living space.
There is a cobbled surface to part of the drive and entrance to the cottage. Please be aware of uneven surfaces.

- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
