Quick stay for a concert
It was a nice stay. Very quiet nights (minus traffic ) the rooms were isolated well. Service was okay no complaints they checked me in and back out. Hotel and room itself was nice. Didn’t notice any bugs or obvious dirt. Liked the snack/essentials room. Pretty local to good food <10 minute ride. 5 min off the highway.

As far as the property, there isn't near enough parking. There were a couple of broken down vehicles that probably caused the issue though. The room was a big problem. It was a suite that had a kitchen and cook top in it so food mess is expected. What was not expected was the dishes to be dirty when we walked in, ants to be everywhere and show up out of nowhere. They were in the bedroom (where there was no food), in the living room (again where no food was), and in the bathroom near the sink and the shower. We cleaned them up and kept food refrigerated but the second we put a cup down, giant trail of ants showed up after sitting there watching tv for 5 minutes. It made relaxing nearly impossible and we were afraid to put anything down. The only other problem were the fixtures. Our first night there the towel hand fell out of nowhere. Just fell while my girlfriend was sleeping, the toilet continued to flush (I had to manually shut it off) and the shower wouldn't drain properly. Also, the garbage disposal was definitely off kilter.

The first room they gave me had been smoked in so I got a different one. The room was nice and spacious. The bed was clean, but the rest of the room probably hadn't been swept. The staff was helpful throughout my stay and good to work with. Now the bad. Once I checked out they charged me for an extra night and insisted that I extended my stay. I made 9 calls in all to them over a week, each time being told that the manager would call me right back. After about 1.5 hours on the phone in all with them, I finally talked to a manager and they still wouldn't refund it. I am now working with the Credit Card Company to dispute the charge. And other reviews are right, the parking lot is too small. I had to park offset every day I stayed there because the parking lot was full when I arrived each night.

Upon check in and the woman at the front desk wasn’t very helpful and was on her personal device for our entire conversation. Wasn’t very welcoming or pleasant Our stay was 2 nights and on our last night at 6am there was a continuous sound of someone running or pushing the luggage cart very fast and loud it woke me up out of my sleep !

My goal was to find somewhere clean and they did that very well but talking to the front desk felt like i was bothering them. The fire alarms went off 2 nights in a row and almost none of the applicances worked. They tv was burnt in the middle. The stove didnt work, the bathroom door wouldnt stay closed. The parking lot is very tiny. Had to walk in rain for a good distance just to go back to my room.
