There's a terrible noise coming from the AC in this hotel. You feel like you're on an airplane! We asked for a room change and they did! But the second room also had the same problem. Due to the noise, we couldn't sleep. Also, I saw a cockroach in the room, which isn't acceptable for a 4 star hotel. Although the location is good and the hotel is cute, I won't stay there

Really enjoyed the design and decor of the hotel. Great location to tourist attractions (10-12 minute walk to Independence Hall), shopping and restaurants. Liked that the hotel was tucked off a very high traffic street. Friendly staff.

Hilton will loose customers with this nonsense
Great location and reasonably priced. The down side was that we arrived at 5:30pm (check in started at 4pm) to be told our room was not ready for us. We had a show at 7 and needed to get ready in the lobby/bathroom. When I asked about compensation for the room not being ready I was told she could only give me additional Hilton Points. I asked about a breakfast and was told she couldn’t do that after I just heard her give the lady in front of me a breakfast. She was the manager so she had the ability. PS I am still waiting on those extra points.

This was a great stay. The hotel room was cozy and clean, staff were great especially Lamar at the bar; he had great customer service and made amazing drinks.
