Overall satisfied with the stay, rooms were spacious and clean, staff was nice. The only downside is there are no restaurants in walking distance.

We couldn't ask for more under this price and overall service. Despite of arriving early morning at Philly Airport, their shuttle came to pick us up in 15 mins, making our journey hassle free. Check-in was a breeze, and our room exceeded expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Upon checkin we got to know that they have recently upgraded the hotel and staff which we got to experiece really well. Everything was well organized.highly recommended for a seamless amd enjoyable stay in Philly!

Avoid rooms at the end of the aisle
It was a surprise when I realized it was across the street from the fire station. In any case, it was quiet at night. However, it was windy in Philly, and that created a disturbing whistling all night long. Avoid rooms at the end of the aisle, because I think that made it specially exposed to the wind.

First we were greeted by smell of weed, they gave terrible wifi, they didnt come fix our room until we left, there was plenty of bugs and ants everywhere, they didnt switch up the breakfast, and the only good thing about them was the elevators. They need to clean up better fix the walls and clean under the beds made it seem like they had bed bugs under the bed, they had ants so bad that we left a little piece of food and came back ants were all in it enjoying they even had ants before we had food. The floor needs work also but they could do better and we seen room services people they knocked once and never came back to do anything. The telephone to call doesnt even work. The hotel is old needs renovation

I’ve stayed at other Comfort Inns and this one was a little bit different than previous stays in the way that you can’t take your complimentary breakfast upstairs which was a bit annoying for me because my boyfriend was still sleeping and I wanted to bring him some food up but couldn’t. The area surrounding looks a wee bit worn down. I didn’t feel in danger or anything though. The room was decent! Clean enough. No stains or funny smells or anything. I disinfect everything anyways no matter where I stay. The team at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. I was a bit thrown off by the $100 security deposit because I’ve never had to do that before at any other Comfort Inn but I imagine that’s due to the location surrounding and sketchy individuals.

Check in was perfect. I got to the room and it was perfect at first sight. When I went in the bathroom, the toilet paper holder was broken. The door had a shoe print on it like someone tried to kick the door in. The door was splitting at 2 different spots which also made me think someone tried to kick it in. The door to the hallway had a huge chunk where the paint came off. The air conditioner was so noisy. It woke me up all night. All showers get slick when wet, but this one gets really slippery. Being a bigger person, the bathroom is a little tight when on the potty. The sink is way too close to it, lol. I was really glad they had the air on. Thankful for the fridge and the microwave. Plenty of towels / rags since it was only an overnight trip. So glad they gave 2 shampoo and conditioner since I shower at night and morning. Ive stayed here several times before and always felt safe. And so glad they give 4 pillows!! Bed was comfy.

There are many better choices for hotels. The hotel was quite dirty and staff was not friendly. Also, with very limited amenities, the hotel required a $100 hold for incidentals. It has been 5 days since I checked and I have still not received my $100 back yet.

The room did not have a number on it , I reported it to the clerk he stated there were no more room , got in the room there was no Electric working , reported it to the clerk he gave me a new room , even though he said there wasn’t any room left , I was so upset about the whole thing I just gave him the key and went home

Just…. no.
The pictures are deceiving… room was barely cleaned , used wash cloth wash hanging over shower , something was splattered on the door…I clean anyways during my stays , but this was beyond unacceptable. I had to call down for hot water , that still was an issue the whole weekend… I won’t say all Comfort Inns are like this , I guess it depends on the area…

We checked in at the property around 9pm the woman behind the counter was short with us and couldn't even look up from her computer to speak to us. When I booked the property it said extended parking was available for 5.00 per day with free airport shuttle. I asked the woman about the parking she advised that it was 10.00 per day and was annoyed that I even asked about it. She threw the white binder up on the counter for me to hand write my vehicle information in. I filled out the information and she charged my card 50.00 for 5 days. No receipt was given and nothing was given to put in or on my car. We went to our very room for the night. Room was clean but oddly/half remodeled. There was partially patched holes in the walls, no toilet paper holder on the wall, ect. We had signed up for the 7:00am airport shuttle the night before. We were in the lobby by 6:40am and waiting until 715 for the shuttle to arrive. While waiting I asked the man sitting on the counter about the extended parking, that I had paid the night before but wasn't given any sort of receipt. He handed me to slips of paper to tape on my window that said paid. I was nervous about the whole situation but left for the airport regardless. While on my trip 3 days later I received a call from another man at the hotel asking if I had a car parked there. I stated "Yes, is there a problem?" his response was "oh ok, just checking." We stayed on the 3rd floor. We were there for 1 night for a funeral so we overlooked the dirt on the floor and paint pealing off the bathroom walls. After dinner we pulled down the beds to sit back and watch TV. The one bed had something that looked like tar on the quilt, under the pillow was hair and what I'm guessing is oil from hair. Then we found bugs in the bed. I asked for a new room. I check it before moving our stuff. The toilet tank was so loose I thought it would fall off. Got another room. It was the best of the worst rooms I've seen in a hotel.

My room had a broken toilet paper holder, bathtub extremely dirty, you had to play with eh door handle to make sure it latches to lock, all my towels hair in it, found stains on my bed room, and front desk seems lack hospitality manners.
