Valet efficient. Location superb. Room was janky. Bathroom needed a good dusting, specifically the wall above the mirror and the vent. Also the bathroom handle was broken, and the curtains were broken- couldn't open them to enjoy the beautiful city view. And to top it off the water wasn't that hot in the shower. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was friendly.

Excellent location and building floor layout. Excellent people and service. Excellent free breakfast. Experienced issues with connecting to their wifi and the issue was handled by their tech staff immediately. Their tech department was competent and professional. Best tech support one can receive anywhere. The hotel even called me to follow up afterwards to ensure the issue was resolved.

I so appreciated Tameka being able to accommodate my request for an accessible room for my friend on crutches traveling with me. She went above and beyond in upgrading us to corner suite. The room was amazing, spacious, and had great views of City Hall! The only surprise was the size of the accessible shower, we expected it to bit larger. Other than that we highly enjoyed our stay and will be booking there again and recommending it to family and friends visiting Philadelphia. Thank you!

Updating my prior review - while the hotel’s ability to provide valet parking is minimal at best the staff did contact Expedia, and I did get a refund for the nonexistent valet parking. The hotel itself is fine, except for the bad smell in the room.

I had a very bad experience. The hotel have a very bad service of vallet parking and you pay 70 dollars a day for a terrible service. As soon as tou arrive, they do not pick your bags. And when I checked out the car took more than 1 hour to come to the front desk of the hotel. And I had sent a text message for them 30 minutes before that I was going to leave as they requested. Really a terrible service and the front desk did not do anything to help,, saying that the valley was from another company.
