They charged my credit card not once but twice after checked out the hotel.I did not have any additional charges. I paid through hotel.com everything. They literally charged my card twice for over $325 next day after I checked out. Still waiting on refund

Water pressure was horrible ? Did not get the room we booked . Several nights loud uncontrollably parties at fire pits below room u til after 2 am had to call police because managenent would not do anything. The elevator took me out and bruised my arm , front desk acknowledged that their is a know problem but the manager will not call Elevator company. The pool looks disgusting.Dont do it go somewhere else!!! The main manager is mean and talks over you and the property manager will not return calls.

Excellent hotel! Highly recommended
We stood here 3 times in 2 years. The staff is excellent! One stay we found the house cleaning of the room to be poor. The house cleaner left someone else’s dirty sock in our room (probably whoever stayed there before us). They didn’t give us fresh towels, no toilet paper, no facial tissues, no soap, no lotion, no coffee pads, no plastic ice bag. I guess they forgot all these things. The front desk manager helped by getting us the missing items from our room. The breakfast is delicious with many hot and cold choices. They need a 2nd waffle maker because the line of people waiting to make a waffle was very long on a Sunday morning. I loved the egg sandwich sliders! They have oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, cream cheese, PB, muffins, etc. plus fresh fruit. I appreciate the coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day and the spring water. The pool was very cold the last 2 visits. And the salt was floating on the top of the pool. Great parking lot, great fitness facilities with a Peloton spin bike, elliptical machines, free weights, bench, everything you need! The beds are clean and very comfortable! I love the extra pillows and blanket! The a/c works perfectly! This hotel has many dish network channels, plus Netflix and Showtime. I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay there again!

Staff was very friendly and in a great location. We reported after check in that our faucet was broken in our bathroom sink, as well as we did not have any water pressure in the shower. We were told they would check it right away, and after our three days, they still hadn’t fixed it. Also, we were not told that we had to request cleaning service every day in which case we had to track down the housekeeper to have our towels replaced. Also, there was a yellow slimy mold in the corner of the shower. Only two hangers were in our closet for our clothing.

Would come again!
We had a one night stay and have no complaints! The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. Most reviews that had a negative were regarding the pool but we didn’t even have time to check it out. The breakfast was really good especially for being included in the price. The only “con” was on one side of the bed there was an alarm clock that only had usb plugs for charging and you could unplug the clock as it was integrated into the wall in a way that if you unplugged it you couldn’t plug something else in. Most phones are usc chargers now. Staff was friendly and can’t beat the price!
