The room had a very strong smell of cleaning detergent when we opened the door. The hotel used a dryer or filter to circulate the air in the room. After around 4 hours, when we returned the room, the smell became less but still was there.

The hotel is very welcoming, very clean and comfortable. We were especially pleased with how nice our room was. All the furniture was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again.

Rooms are due for an upgrade. No smart tvs to log into apps like Netflix. No drawers in the king with pull out sofa room. Found that strange. Otherwise nice staff and adequate accommodation. Definitely the best option for the immediate surrounding area.

My stay at this hotel was great. The only reason I'm giving 2 starts for the overall rating is because I left my phone there and "Find my iPhone" shows I did and they said they didn't find it. I called two days later and they're gonna tell me they didn't clean the room yet and they went and looked and it wasn't there. They lied because housekeeping had already knocked on my door to clean the room before I left. That means the man at the desk lied. He's gonna say, they put the room in ice. What hotel doesn't clean the rooms as soon as the guests leave? The only reason to lie is that someone found the phone. Another thing is, I had some things delivered. They just took my items and put them in the back without even speaking with me. I had to ask where my things were and was informed I couldn't have them in the room. I get that but you talk to me, you don't just take my things and I have to ask you where they are. While the service was good and the people were courteous, otherwise, I won't be back. I don't do business with liars and thieves.

Perfect Accessible Room
I utilize a wheelchair for mobility and many hotels offer accessible rooms that aren't very good. My room was large with a very accessible bathroom that proved to be perfect for our stay. We plan to come here again during future visits to near-by family.
