They were an hour late for check in because thr room was not ready and then they tried to downgrade me to a room less expensive with no credit. At over $1,000 a night, the room should be ready at check in. I had to ask a lot and be assertive to get the room. Then the room was on the 3rd floor with workers on the stairs outside my window. I had no privacy and could not open the window to look up.
