Great hotel. Clean and updated. Nice location. Lots of places to eat. Wonderful staff. I appreciated those working in the breakfast area. Nice people. Pros: Good location, walking distance from many dining options and sight seeing options, staff is nice, breakfast is good, free Wi-Fi. Cons: AC in room is too loud to sleep, parking lot is crowded and you need to give car key to attendant who keeps moving your car.

Great location to get around Philadelphia. Pool was out of commission and an EMail was sent to us making us aware Only not positive was the lobby had a “stuffy” smell. Maybe a diffuser could help?

The front desk clerk "Cynthia" was exceptional both on the phone for pre-arrival questions and her great smile at the front desk while we where there. As another hotel/resort owner in Honduras, I recommend her for advancement asap. This is my opinion and she had nothing to do with my recommendation except show her expert service.

This is a great location for stsying in downtown Philly. Having said that, the area around the hotel is like most fowntown locations, dirty and garbage strewn. Once inside it met our expectations. Amazing walkability to most of Philly's sites!
