Bed bug City.
Check in was easy. By the next morning after my first night, I woke up with bites all over my body and bugs on my pillow. I informed the hotel, they have bedbugs. The gentleman at the front told me that he would let the manager know, but there was nothing that could be done about it. I called the next day to inform the manager, to make sure he knew the manager left at me and said that he knew they were bedbugs, but they weren’t going to do anything about it because you can’t see them. I called knights inn customer service and they also said that there was nothing that could be done about it. So don’t stay here they have bedbugs and know about it.

This place was definitely appearing sketchy. I did not come in expecting this place to be 'new' or fancy in any way. I even bring my own natural bug repellant spray and treated the place pretty heavily upon our arrival, layed dryer sheets about and such..as I enter any hotel as that notorious 'bed flipper'. I should have brought my own mop with bleach though, because that floor was left very dirty, but we came in way too late for such a hussle. At least there wasnt any old carpet! * Housekeeping having done the simple chores of disinfectant mopping the rooms, before any guests arrived(especially late, with children) would have helped my review and nerves. I kept the lights ON and stayed vigilant while my family slept, but my paranoid self could not, being overly concerned by some past reviews. I will note that *No one was attacked by any creeping creature during the stay, but there was ample evidence left that it had happened to others in this establishment at some point in the past. Sheets were clean. Pillows were new. Place was quiet. Fridge and AC worked. Front desk guy was quite lovely, being extremely polite and accommodating. There was an easy check in til 7 am here, and fresh ground coffee. Prayers that any renovation repairs needed in this place would be actually provided to them at the corporate level.
