The place is huge but I didnt like the fact that this place is outdated it looks like something from the 80s . The carpets are really dirty with huge stains and needs to be modernized which would bring more customers . And the only thing they have updated was their room door key system where you tap your key to get in the room instead of sliding the card inside the door lock

My stay was cool. The receptionist at the hotel didn’t have the best customer service but my stay was cool. We only stayed one night because we had booked another hotel in another part of Philly to explore more. The hotel is in the area of quite a few stores and it’s next to a skating ring but we didn’t try it because it seemed like a young crowd night. Shower felt great and I was happy to have a microwave and fridge in the room. A lot of rooms don’t have those anymore. But over all it was cool for where we were.

It’s currently 345am the room beside ours is blaring music that can be heard all down the hall way. I called the front desk to ask about quiet hours his response was he doesn’t understand. They are loud and obnoxious. The pool is tore up the mirrors around our jetted tub are disgustingly dirty!
