This was a disaster. This place is a disgrace. i was given a different room than I requested. the guy at the counter said it was a bigger room but would not charge me more. i said i wanted a an nonsmoking with a king sized bed . he gave me a double that smelled like an ash tray and looked like a dirt pit. asked for the king Non smoking and he showed me that room and i wanted to throw up. i asked for a refund and of course he would not give it to me. he wanted to show me a “better room”. yeah right. this place makes a slum look good. no idea why this place is not torn down.

Very bad place to stay.
The bad smell was unbearable, everything was very old, when they gave me the room they gave me the wrong one, it couldn't stand it and I preferred to waste my money and look for something better, the bad smell was terrible.

First room i go into thebwater wasnt on maintenance man came turn the water on and soon as inused the sink to wash my hand the bathroom flood. Call the front desk they come and check see the water onnthe floor and ask what the problem was. On top of the the hot water didn't work. Move to another room had roaches, a Tv that didnt work but hot water. At that point i was tired. There was no complimentary breakfast but even if it were i wouldnt trust it. The whole experience wasn't worth the money.

This motel has potential but definitely needs a top to bottom cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. Website advertises free breakfast, but there is none, not even coffee. There are zero amenities in room: no coffee pot, no ice bucket, not even a Gideon's bible.

The front desk lady was polite but the first room we were sent to was horrible and it didn't have a TV as wells...The second room was a bit better but they could at least have curtains at the bathroom windows..

We saw a rat in the room!
This was the worst place that I stayed all my life. We saw a rat in the room! The room was dirty, the bathroom was extremely dirty. Hotels.com should immediately delete this hotel from its list.

The room was absolutely terrible. There were live wires hanging from the ceiling, the bathroom door had huge holes in it, the lamp was broken with no bulb in it. Quite frankly this place is one big safety hazard. I asked for a refund because of these issues and they refused. Please stay clear of this place.

The room is infested with cockroaches. Besides they were all over the room, I woke up with a cockroach crawling on my neck. The front desk said unapologetically that their wifi was out "Just use your hotspot". For getting in early and just trying to get into a room, they asked for $45 extra. They offered no excuses or tried to fix my complaints. I got out of there after one night and booked another motel. Stay away!

This maybe the worst hotel …not the experience and things going wrong just not a good place. Feel like it’s not cared for ….no Wi-Fi, the light went off I two of the lights when I switched them on, the remote had no batteries, small cockroaches in the bathroom, the the morning, the floor was wet - something is leaking, and the sheets - not sure they were washed …really not great. A lot of this is not a matter of money but wanting to do your job well and respecting the people who pay however much and whoever they are.
