Great location next to City Hall/Dilworth park and the Terminal Market. Easy access to subway lines if you want to go to the stadiums in South Philly or east to Old City. Valet parking was easy (but expensive). Friendly staff. The lobby is pretty barren and doesnt leave a great initial impression. Our suite was spacious with a full kitchen,a pull out couch (very springy uncomfortable though bed). The bathroom was a big negative- it's super tiny with a very loud toilet. The vanity is outside the toilet/shower area in the bedroom. The faucet was insanely pressurized. The quality of the linens and soaps and paper products were very cheap. The room was clean and the complimentary breakfast was a nice plus. I would consider staying here again and see it in the 3.5-4 star range for quality and value. I appreciate the staff for assisting with a late check- in and having extra bedding ready for us in our room upon check- in.

Room has a great view but small. We stayed 5 days 4 nights, Housekeeper only came once and we were told that it will only once but did not do a good job. Did not vacuum, shower was not cleaned at all. Staff in the reception was very polite, courteous and friendly, walking distance to some spots we wanted to go.

Enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Tiffany was very professional, polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Our room was clean with an awesome view of City Hall. Bed was comfortable love the headboard mural. Did not care for shower set up with the half glass door, but made it work. We didn't get to try the breakfast. Valet was convenient but expensive.

I’ve stayed at this location before so it was a no brainer to go back however this go round i experienced bed bugs on my first night which resulted in a room change and upgrade. The staff read extremely apologetic. However i experienced several bites even after changing rooms.

We really enjoyed our 4-night stay here! The location is excellent. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to see, with many options for food and shopping close by. The hotel itself was nicer than the typical Residence Inn. The lobby was always very busy but the staff was polite and helpful.

The bathtub/shower with just half of a glass door is not a good idea. Never seen that idea and hope I never see it again. I would rethink that and get back to what works in bathroom without trying to save buck

King bed was nice but the sofa bed horrible. Nice view of city hall but too many homeless people in the vicinity which is no fault of the hotel. Close to all. Buffet breakfast was decent not extravagant.

Dirty Sheets
The room assigned to us had dirty sheets with stains on the bed. I called the front desk to report this and request the sheets be changed. I had to call back 3 times to check on the status, it took them 4 hours and 12 minutes to come up to change the sheets. I will not be staying here again.

Needs updating. Some of the rooms smell horrible. Had to change rooms due first room smelling like some had just smoked a whole pack of cigarettes. Furniture and carpets need cleaning bad.

Stayed on a Friday night and I don’t know if this is usual but there were roaring motorcycles/quads late night and early morning that were not conducive to sound sleep. Otherwise this hotel was worth price paid.
