The person at the front desk was nice, the actual room setup was nice, but they offered us two rooms and both were smokey. The whole area smelled like weed and cigarettes. We went and bought a candle to cut the smell because we got in late and didn’t have other options to go to. They did try to clean it while we went out, got dinner, and aired it out but honestly they should have supported in some other areas. The actual set up of the room and the front desk lady who checked in were nice but overall they need to work on smell, cleanliness, and quality of what they put in the rooms. For an economy type of place you can’t expect much but I don’t expect to have my pillows, bed, and entire room smell like smoking. Okay in a pinch.

Worst Place Ever!!!
My family and I traveled to Philadelphia to attend a haunted house attraction when in actuality the hotel was the scariest experience of the entire weekend, there were nets (bugs) in the room. The heat did not work properly. I went to the front desk to request an extra pillow and a blanket, and the front desk employee gave me a pillow with a white pillowcase on it that was stained and had hair on it. I returned the pillow back to her and kept the blanket when I got back to the room and tried to spread the blanket on the bed I counted eight cigarette holes or cigarette burns blanket and this is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel I’m perplexed at how they would even offer that to a guest. The room was filthy. There wasn’t enough Lysol and Clorox wipes in the world that could have done justice to that room.

Property was close to Wells Fargo Arena approx. a 5 minute drive. Location is out of the way and quiet other than the airplanes as it is an airport hotel. The room was spacious but not the cleanest. There was food residue on the tables and lots of stains on the carpet and towels. It was nice to have a living room and two separate bedrooms. We stayed in Room 1122. If the hotel took a bit more pride in cleanliness it would be better.

Very convenient to airport and freeways but one of those drive-in/drive-out places. For meals and entertainment. Unit itself was pleasant. Properties next door and in front, not so nice. Next-door folks to my unit would come out each night to smoke pot and talk for hours. In its heyday, nice garden apartments. Not so much now. Nice breakfast room though. Tucked back from street: limits noise but creates some isolation.

We were happy with the room/suite. The only issue was that one of the televisions did not work in the bedroom. We didn’t address it because we were very tired and mainly used the space to sleep. We were very comfortable overall.

Terrible embedded smell of cigarette
The room had a terrible, embedded smell of cigarette smoke, even though we don't smoke. The worst part is that there's a sign warning about fines for smoking, but clearly, someone had smoked there. I immediately called a staff member, explained the situation, and he was very kind and attentive, spraying something to mask the smell. I was worried about being accused of smoking in the room, but the employee clearly understood it wasn’t us. However, the bed was itchy, and the air conditioning was extremely noisy. We had a horrible night. I do not recommend this hotel.
