The noise was pretty bad due to construction. Paid $2200 for 4 nights and wish there was some discount for the construction noise. Certainly the high room price was not worth the experience given the constructing noise

The experience was amazing since my peers and I were attending the National Undergraduate Research Conference at UPenn and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs. Also one of the employees named Jonathan was super hospitable with us and was enjoyable to converse with. This is the type of standards that really made this an unforgettable experience.

Old property - dated, although undergoing a $65mil upgrade. Building systems are noisy. Room amenities didn’t include tea. Room phone didn’t work. Housekeeping brings more coffee, no tea. 2nd time brings earl gray and sweet orange decaf. So close to the Universities, one would think they would cater to an international guest.
