Everything as described. Extremely clean. Very well kept. Very comfortable. Great view of city. Excellent location. Loved having w/d in room. Water pressure was middling. Did not have a problem with noise, a few fire engines but those are all around the city anyway.

Let people know a head of time.
There's three things that would have made our stay better. 1. If the toilet didn't run so loudly all of the time. 2. If we would've know that our unit was going to be facing a main street where we would be hearing the noise from outside all night into the morning. It made it very difficult for us to get rest at night. This should be something that's made known to any one who rents this unit ahead of time. 3. Finding parking was definitely a huge challenge every night. Other than that I would give it a higher rating.

It had everything we needed for a longer term stay. Very clean. Loved having the kitchen, dishwasher and the washer/dryer. Was a little noisy so took a few days to adapt. But over all it was very homey.

Hello the room we had met having a beeping sound the entire stay at least once every 30-45 seconds making it very difficult to sleep at night. When reaching out to complain via chat they didn’t respond for hours later and by then it was 2:30/3a and I didn’t have my phone near as I was trying to relax with al the beeping. I have a video recording as well to show them as they reached one asking for video proof the following day.

This property is exceptionally nice especially for the price. No hassle reservations or communication in anyway. My one complaint is the lack of a parking lot. You will have to find street parking or pay for a garage and walk a couple blocks..

Not a quiet moment
The hotel was neat with modern furniture. However, there was no parking. We had to park a block and half down the street. The noise was unbearable. The fire station next door, the underground train, the noise from the gas station across the street, constant traffic, you can also hear the other guest throughout the building. They left ear plugs on the dresser that did not help at all. We also had issues with the air condition however they did fix the ac fairly fast.
