1. Took forever to get in the unit because the access code was not working. After 20 minutes talking to someone we called back and were given a secondary/back up code to get in. 2. Air conditioner in the downstairs unit made vibrating sounds so we could not use it at night.

On my first day in my room, the already unintuitive sounding smart lock didn’t work at all and had to have its batteries replaced which took an hour of weird customer support. THEN neighbors downstairs were noisy (which I appreciate was dealt with quickly) and the curtains bad. The Roku TV was also slow and terrible. On the plus side, the kitchen is great, the bathroom was pretty solid and refilling things like Tide pods for the laundry or remote batteries was super easy.

Great place for a solo trip.
This was a solo travel, and the place was amazing! It was really clean, loved the mural in the room, and the washer/dryer was really convenient. The location did seem a little shady but its within walking distance of so much! The only issue was the freezer kept beeping. I didx notify Sonder and they were able to fix it while i was out. However, it started up again and I just left it as it was. That was my own personal decision. Overall, everything was amazing!

Great place for a long weekend!
Cute place. Very clean. The rooftop is amazing. The location was good. Easy walking distance to the Reading Terminal Market and City Hall. Bikes are close by to ride to other locations around the city.

The Sonder Heid was very convenient to downtown Philadelphia within walking distance to Reading Market. The place itself was quiet and remodeled beautifully with all the convenience of home. There is a full kitchen laundry room, living room bath and bedroom. The Loft on the 9th floor provides a spacious room a gym and spectacular view of Philadelphia.. Although the bathroom sink drain was very slow to drain and the blinds in the living room would not completely close and a slow elevator lol , We still enjoyed the peaceful climate at the Sonder Heid .

This is worse hotel I’ve stayed at ever! First off absolutely NO parking. Creepy area. Even thou there’s a police station down the block it was still skittish. NO hot shower semi warm. Bathroom faucet felt like I was in a 3rd world country. Water barely came out. NO regular cable. So NO local news. You have to watch stream apps. Just a janky place over all. I don’t recommend staying here. I wanted to cancel once I found out there’s NO front desk. They told me no worries you can get a full refund, just contact Expedia who I went thru. I called them and they told me to hold on that they were going to call Sonder and ask them if I could cancel. Had me waiting for 2 mins and then they tell me that I cannot get a refund. And if I canceled I would not get anything back at all. So I was forced to keep the room. I was furious!! NEVER AGAIN will I go back!!

A great location.
Check-in was seamless, keypad entry to hotel and room was sent well beforehand and worked as instructed. The property was in a central location of Philadelphia. An easy walk to downtown, Chinatown and old city. Clean room, spacious, almost like a home away from home.
