Most vomfortable bed ever. Pillows were flat. Room was great. Biggest issue was noise level was a major problem. Screaming slamming doors until 4am. Didnt fall asleep until then so we woke up late for our adventures. Breakfast was a line for wafflemaker & juices/coffee. Said kitchen being redone or something.

No light by beds or in the sink area. Pitch dark.
We checked in around 4 pm. As soon as we found out there's no light source by the wash area/sink, we let the front desk know on our way out by 5 pm. We also let the front desk know that there's no light source in the bed room at all. By the time we returned after dinner, the front desk said they will send someone in to fix the next day. We were gone all day the second day. We still have no light by the sink or bedroom area by the time we came back from dinner. It was pitch dark. The front desk said they will fix it tomorrow morning! When we asked to get a new room, they said no room available. By the 3rd day morning, before we checked out, they agreed to compensate us by only charging us for one night only. I can’t say this stay was pleasant.

There were NO CLEAN ROOMS when we arrived to check in. We felt sorry for the young man at the desk that was left with a mess. He offered to clean a room for us (not his job - he appeared to be the only working employee). We declined and went across the street to a different hotel.

The electronic key that I was given did not work and it took a couple of trips to the front desk to get a key that worked. Once I was in the room the TV remote was missing. I tried to call the front desk on the room phone, but they couldn't hear me. Then I was back down to the front desk to request the remote. Ultimately they brought me a remote. Otherwise everything was pretty good and the front desk was very cooperative.

The staff was very friendly and professional. as far as the amenities.Most of them were not available. No pool, no housekeeping on the weekend which we were never told. One washing machine worked and one dryer out of 6 to 8 of each. mattress was sunk in the middle. it surely needs to be updated. For an extended stay hotel. It’s really in Poor condition!

Arrived late afternoon to find no one manning the desk and no bell or buzzer. After waiting 5 minutes for someone to return I called out and a young lady wandered out of a back room. The actual checkin was fine but when we got to our room, the door wouldn’t open. Lit up green but wouldn’t budge. Returned to desk to find another lady looking to check in. Called out again and girl came out. Told me to hit the door with my shoulder to get in. The room was big but the shower featured mildew. When we pulled out the couch for our son to sleep found a disgusting mattress with big, brown stains. Felt like this was a fly by night hourly hotel with a national name. One I will never revisit.

The Room was nice beds were comfy and the Breakfast was Great. But i wasn't very happy to get there and find the pool wasn't opened and that this is wouldn't be disclosed thru a 3rd party booking site only if you dealt directly with the hotel itself.So wasn't to happy about that issue.

We were pleased with the newness and cleanliness of the property and room. Our complaint with the room was the heating/cooling system. We could not keep the room comfortable. The other complaint was the breakfast. Both mornings we came down to the coffee being empty , wee noticed ants on the food counter and the 2nd morning there were no clean dishes and no coffee. My suggested would be that one staff member is always out looking to replace and refill items. Maybe just not enough staff to handle it.
