Bordering the quaint fishing village of Wallace Circle, this one- of-a-kind repurposed Schoolhouse and former boat shop is loaded with charm and history. Originally built as a two-room schoolhouse in the early 1920s, it later became the “Boat Shop” for Alton Wallace, best known as the designer and builder of the popular hull named the “Westpointer”.
The Home has been artistically renovated, capturing the essence of the original Schoolhouse while incorporating maritime elements in appreciation of Alton Wallace.
Just minutes from Sebasco Harbor Resort, Totman Cove and Popham Beach, and walking distance to fresh lobsters right off the boats! Enjoy the beauty of Maine along with its rich history and charm.
This artistic home has three bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 persons. It has a large open kitchen with high ceilings boasting exposed post and beam joinery. Truly a one-of-a-kind seasonal home.
The house includes toys and books for kids and we have a basketball hoop on the property as well.
No pets allowed, as family members have severe allergies.
