This almost 4000 square foot home easily sleeps 11 and features a game room, separate vaulted dining room(Seats 8), stunning round glass kitchen nook table (seats 8), granite breakfast bar seats 3), walk in pantry, natural gas stove, stainless steel appliances, large living room with massive sectional, Bonus Room with leather theater seating, Triple car garage and so much more! Enjoy your own Private Heated Pool and hot tub or walk over along the many pathways to enjoy the Exclusive Clubhouse Resort Style Swimming Pool with swimming lanes and Water Splash Park. The community Clubhouse also features a state of the art Fitness Facility, babysitting and fitness classes for minimum fee for non members.

The house is located steps from one of many parks and backs a green belt that connects to over 12 miles of paved walking and biking paths. Overall, our stay was ok but there were several issues. 1. This was marketed as a 5 BR/3+ bath. We did not have access to the master suite on the main floor which was unfortunate since one person in our group had knee surgery. 2. The hot tub did not heat up. 3. One of the upstairs bathroom drains did not work making that tub/shower unusable. 4. The exterior of the house & garage was dirty with items of disrepair throughout.

Roomy House
The property was perfect for our Stay in Gilbert. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not be on top of each other. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for each family to have their own, 3 1/2 baths were needed with 3 family’s trying to get ready for a wedding at the same time. The entire family enjoyed the pool, especially in the July heat. Location was convenient to other family in town, stores and restaurants. The only “ding” was that the couch upstairs had broken pieces. The chaise lounger could only be used if you stuffed a pillow inside the hole where you sit, one of the recliners In the couch couldn’t work because the “pull” strap was stripped and broken. Wear and tear is to be expected on rentals and I’ve stayed in my share and this was a great property for our needs. Owner was very accessible. We had a great time. It would have been nice to have a garage door opener instead of having to get in and out of the car to use the keypad but all and all it was a minor inconvenience. We would recommend this rental for large family’s.

Great Property for College Alumni Friends!
Positives: Great property with all sorts of amenities that served us well for college alumni getaway from WA State. Plenty of kitchen utensils/supplies, some leftovers from previous visitors. Great location, although we had food/groceries delivered, so we did not have to go anywhere. Pool is fun and appreciated pool towels and a few "toys" - i.e. pool noodles. Liked the privacy of pool area/backyard. Fairly clean and rate was reasonable. The variety of sleeping arrangements was a plus (we had 8 people, including 1 in a wheelchair). The guest book is a great idea - enjoyed reading. Not-So-Positive: We could not figure out how to use the indoor or outdoor speakers; no instructions in the "house book". The "house book" could use updated information in where to find things in the house (i.e. map?). It was difficult to find which switch belonged to which fan or light and which remote worked for what. We did not have enough toilet paper for the long weekend. I understand that we were suppose to buy our own supplies, but would have thought that TP was a basic for a VRBO. Two out of the four pool lounge chairs are broken. The pool did not seem like it had been maintained. Friends that live close brought over chlorine tablets and shock treatment to use before we jumped in. Seems reasonable to skim the pool with net, given the AZ winds, but for the pool cleaner to have zero chlorine tablets is not right. Suggest: A few modifications to master bath and you could advertise as ADA VRBO.

Family Together Time
Our family (6 adults and 4 kids) spent a wonderful holiday together in Gilbert AZ. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was large and had a lot of supplies and equipment for homemade meals. We all really enjoyed the spa and pool. The house had pool toys and cozy outdoor patio to spend time soaking up the sunshine. There were also card and board games to play as well as a pool table. The neighborhood had a greenway for afternoon strolls and we found a great park in the area (Gilbert Regional Park) that had a splash park, playground, volleyball, tennis, and more. Phoenix attractions were farther away, but that was fine by us.

Lovely, Well Equipped, Spacious Home
This is a perfect house for larger groups. It has a wonderful open plan that flows to the outside and allows for conversation with large groups. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood was lovely, quiet and had many walking trails. I also had many conversations with the owner and she was prompt and very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

This home was perfect for 3 families (9 people). The home was well stocked with towels and the kitchen was well stock with everything you might need. Our families spent many hours: playing pool, relaxing in the backyard with pool and hot tub, going on walks through the neighborhood and stopping at the parks for the littles, all the great time spent in the spacious house visiting. Plenty of places to eat and trails to hike neaby. Would recommend and would stay at again!

Wonderful Place
We lover our stay here. Close to outdoor recreation at San Tan Mountain Regional Park and with all the amenities within minutes. “Edge of town” feel with beautiful grounds and mountain scenery. Kids loved the pool and clubhouse basketball court. Would totally stay here again.

Plenty of room and comfortable. We had a great vacation! The pool was unusable for half of the stay, as the heater didn't work (property owner suggested we go to the clubhouse and pretend to be them, but we were not comfortable doing that). The neighbor, Mike, did a great job trying to help. Someone sent a package to us but it was delivered to the parcel box that we could not gain access to. The owner said they would mail it to us, but so far we have not seen it and the owners have not responded to repeated messages. We're hoping whoever sent us the gift, didn't spend much on it. All in all, nice place with a well stocked kitchen.

Loved, loved, loved the house, location and neighborhood. The tv in the living room did not work, and the previous tenant mentioned the same thing. Rugs in the master bathroom would be nice :) Very comfortable and enjoyable. Hope to stay again on our next visit.
