We stayed for 6 nights. The staff was very cheerful and accommodating. You get what you pay for, though. The bath was very small with almost no vanity. The thermostat was hard to regulate, so too stuffy or too cold. The bath had a single switch, which meant you had to listen to the noisy fan even if you just wanted the light.

I initially got a room that did not my expectations as it did not match what I initially ordered. The staff on site was very accommodating of finding the right room for my stay. Area is a little rough, but it accommodated my needs for my business trip. I will likely return to this location in the future. Thank you again!

Security is not a Priority
I’ve stayed here before and thought it was good enough to come back. I thought the price of $200 was a little steep for this hotel but it seemed most hotels in Phoenix were very high prices. The deadbolt lock on the door did not latch because it was not lined up with the door jam. I can’t imagine this has not been reported since that’s how you lock yourself in the room. Seems a bit irresponsible to let this go. Checked in about 8pm and at about 10pm I heard the door open and the door latch catch. I called the front desk and they as given a “I’m sorry I gave someone the key to your room”. Again irresponsible. Nothing happened but imagine the possibilities. Just seems as though security is not a priority. This questionnaire asks about “eco friendly” but not security. Seems we have our priorities all wrong. Overall this is a decent hotel outside almost meeting a stranger in my room.

The price was good. The area around it was fairly decent. Our door closure was off so we had to slam door to shut it. It was crooked so the outside light signed through. The walls were paper thin so we could everything! The room was ok. The bathroom needs some counter space. There was nothing to put you toiletries on. The staff was exceptional though. Very friendly and accommodating.
