Staff was very friendly, clean room, comfortable bed, shower had good water pressure and breakfast was good with hot and cold choices. Only con was the air conditioner was very loud vibrated the floor and wall.

Super friendly front desk, check in and out was a breeze. Room was exceptionally clean, cool, and comfortable. Continental breakfast was standard, but tasty. No complaints, was an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Hotel is located in a great area. Lots of eating and shopping very near by. Free parking, nice Continental breakfast, friendly staff. Will definitely be back here when we're in town.

Don’t stay at best Western Phoenix North
First off the room stunk, when we went to speak to housekeeping, they did express to us that sometimes they do lend that room out to homeless…. I was like WHAT? I don’t mind helping the homeless, but please clean up after them and put the room back into its original state. Don’t just leave it a mess and smelling like a New York City Alley.. honestly, I stayed at best. Western before and service has just gone down after Covid. Now let’s talk about the manager, RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL When we expressed we WANTED to switch rooms, she was like no we don’t have any rooms available… we paid for a clean room to stay in… When we express this to the manager and asked her to go up and smell herself, she said no thank you… I cannot believe Manager would act that way, especially when the customer paid in full! I will never be staying at a best Western ever again. They have been going downhill over the last few years!

The front desk staff was very nice. The morning breakfast was really good. The hotel is quiet and I was actually very surprised at how nice it was. There are a bunch of dining options in the area.
