You will enjoy the pool in this quiet, recently remodeled, lush complex. The single-level, second-floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has large closets and two extremely comfortable queen beds, making it ideal as an executive apartment, girls' getaway, or romantic retreat. A workstation and wifi allows guests to get some work done, if needed.

Beautifully furnished with upscale art, the living room and dining area have comfy seating, and a large, flat-screen TV/DVD. Great Location for GCU Graduation
Our accommodations were really great. It was clean and ready for us. The check-in process was smooth. It is well located for those having activities at GCU’s campus. The neighborhood is not the greatest but it is gated and we had no issues. The beds are comfortable and the A/C worked well to keep the place cool. If you need a place in town, especially for GCU graduations, I recommend staying here.

As Advertised, With Excellent Manager Service
I have to start by saying I'm a tough marker--10's only go to the top few VRBO spots I've ever experienced. But this was a good spot for our vacation. We read some concerns about the neighbourhood, but feel this is overblown. Given that the closest neighbours are a senior citizen's centre and a vet clinic, it was not at all intimidating to us--felt comfortable walking around at all times. The condo complex is a little older than some, but the unit has been upgraded, including kitchen and showers. Some minor issues (occasional internet interruption, noisy HVAC fan and appliances), but these are quibbles. There was plenty of space for two couples, the pool is quite comfy, and the light rail system is close by. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great support from Brooke who responded to every request and concern. The key question is--would we come back? Yes--we had an enjoyable two weeks.

It was a cute little condo for the price we paid
The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was comfortable except for the bed, very lumpy mattress. So much that it hindered our sleep . It was a gated community which was a plus because the neighborhood was less than desirable. I wasn't familiar with the area so I didn't realize what we were getting into. Overall it was an adequate place to stay.

We were moving our son in to GCU and so a great location for that. Lots of stores and eateries nearby but condo is not in a great neighborhood. It does have a gate though. Condo has a weird smell that we never were able to resolve but wasn’t unbearable.

My daughters and I came out for our first experience in Phoenix. Nice place. Clean and quiet. The condo is pretty well kept up and in good shape. The pool was “brisk” borderline cold but refreshing on a hot day. All appliances worked fine. Hot water was good. Beds were comfy and no crazy loud neighbors. Close to some nice restaurants too.
