Cheerful Home with Amazing Tiki Themed Backyard

Welcome to this amazingly unique north Phoenix home. The backyard was truly meant for family gatherings. With an outside bar and tiki themed paradise you cant have a bad time here.

Located just north of PHX, Scottsdale, and Paradise valley the location can get you just about anywhere the fun is in 20 minutes of less.

Equipped with two outside grills, endless porch space, TV's to watch games outside, fire pit, gym, office, and an amazing game room for everyone in the family to enjoy.
The space
Come enjoy your king suite with all the space you desire. The shower in the master bathroom is equipped with double heads and is a dream!

If you’re not the one in the king suite we a have a queen suite that also is it’s own space!

The third bedroom has two bunk beds. These are queen over queen bunk beds so you don’t have to worry about sharing a twin with someone else. Sleeping space is important to us!

Beyond the sleeping arrangements we have a game room. This room has pool, ping pong, darts and more. It’s truly a fun place to hang during your stay.

Outside is where this property really becomes something special. With a backyard designed for large groups and families, it’s a blast being out there.

3 TV’s wrap around the bar area like you’re at a restaurant. The fire place and misters will give you the temperature changes you need, and the two grills will allow you to cook whatever you desire.

Lastly, the casita den. This is a private place where we have set up a small gym with workout equipment and an office space.

Whether you’re needing a break from the kids or have business to do this space will optimize your time on vacation!
