Everything about this place was wonderful the check-in process was simple fast easy there's free parking it's not dirty it's actually very well organized and clean the staff were all wonderful they had breakfast and they do accommodate animals but you have to stay on like the first floor and those rooms may or may not be as clean which is fine but it's definitely also in a great location where there's stores and things close by definitely easy to navigate it's not super huge definitely worth staying at.

The people here were awesome they helped us when ever we asked . We got 2 rooms for 2 days and we were getting an air conditioner replaced on our home, and needed to stay out for extra time both days and they approved it .They made a hard time at home for us much easier to handle. The breakfast was fantastic . The rooms came with refer, micro and safe also.

Safe, clean, cold air, price, everything was wonderful. The staff was very pleasant! Just ask and they will wave the refundable $100 deposit and the $3 “surcharge” added to your bill at checkout on top of the rate paid for online.

The room still had trash in it at my check in, but not a bad place to stay. The elevator hasn’t been inspected since 2017 so that’s a bit concerning.

We were very pleased with our hotel room. Very clean and cozy. Extremely comfortable. Very quiet and the pool was fun too. The breakfast was good. The price was very good!! I will definitely go back if I go through Phoenix again.

When I checked in the girl at front desk who checked us in said my security deposit would be returned as soon as I checked out. My deposit was never returned and was posted on my bank account as a purchase. When I called the hotel the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and instead of helping me figure out what has happened she took me as argumentative and said she didn’t want to “argue”, I was not trying to argue. Was I advocating for my money that was supposed to be returned as soon as I checked out according to the front desk? Yes. If you don’t want your money stolen, stay away from this property.
